Excellent! The host is a great communicator, the unit is small, very clean, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The washer and dryer turned out to be very useful.

Chose this place because it was off the strip. House is as described ,TV in every room. Fruit dish and snack basket was a good touch..

Wonderful rental. Communication with the owner was great! Son came to water the front plants daily and was very nice. Location is pretty close to everything. Definitely recommend Perenn’s Bakery for breakfast or for some fresh bread. Only thing to be noted is that both beds are small for 2 grown adults. I would recommend one be replaced with a queen sized bed. Definitely a great choice in a rental.

We stayed a week here for a baseball tournament for our son. It was a cute little place and perfect for the three of us. Loved having a washer and dryer for jerseys! The snack basket was a nice touch and our son really enjoyed them! Only things we didn’t enjoy. The swamp coolers in the house smelled like cigarettes when turned on, but after a few days we didn’t notice it. The beds were not ideal for two adults, and not super comfortable. The parking was a little confusing and we were told not to park in the garages by a neighbor. Overall great place!

We’re so glad the home was a good fit for your family and that you enjoyed the snack basket and washer/dryer during your stay.I’m very sorry about the swamp coolers. They are fairly new, but I will definitely have them checked to make sure everything is working properly. I also apologize about the beds not being as comfortable as you would have liked. We’ll look into options to improve that.As for parking, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I’ll review the details to make sure it’s clearer for future guests."

I tried to find out if there there was a Keurig or a coffee pot. So I knew what kind of coffee to get, and if we could check-in early and I got no answers till the second day of our 3 day stay. On the other hand the owners were there, When we got there and called us frequently.... if u like that kind of thing it was nice. We dont. LolSnack basket was nice and wine. But we dont drink. The ac situation is schetchy its a rolling swamp cooler and it amelled like fish..... and it was SO hot in the bedroomI'm from the area, so I know this was a bad neighborhood. I can't believe I booked a house here.

We did not receive any phone calls, texts, or emails regarding the coffee maker or an early check-in request. The listing notes that a Keurig coffee maker is provided, and we would have gladly approved an early check-in if contacted in advance. Our team made several attempts to reach out before and during your stay—not to be intrusive, but simply to ensure you had everything you needed for a comfortable visit. Unfortunately, our calls were unable to connect due to a full voicemail box. Regarding the coolers, they are brand new and in good condition. We regret any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your bringing these details to our attention, as we’re always working to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
