Villa Grandfather’s House is located in a small, secluded village of Bila Vlaka, near Stankovci. In the vicinity, there are several significant monuments testifying to the richness of Croatian history, such as the prehistoric settlement of Asseria, the 1st-century town of Bribir, and the 17th-century Turkish residency, Maškovića Han. The Villa’s location offers privacy and an opportunity to escape the bustle of everyday life. Namely, it is a rural household, surrounded by an olive grove, home-grown fruits, and vegetables – ideal for all those who wish to spend a week of absolute relaxation. Still, the Villa’s location offers an opportunity to engage in an active vacation as well – Croatia’s largest lake with numerous trekking trails, Lake Vrana, and the national park Krka waterfalls are only 30 kilometers away. The city of Šibenik, rich with historical and cultural heritage, is also just 25 kilometers away as is the beautiful island of Murter, boasting with mesmerizing beaches. The island of Murter is also an ideal starting point for all those wishing to explore Kornati national park, a spectacular archipelago that includes 109 mostly uninhabited islands. For those interested in a rich nightlife, the city of Vodice is just 20 kilometers away. The closest beaches are located in Pirovac, 18 kilometers away, and Vodice, and Murter, 22 kilometers away.

The total area of the Villa is 180m2. The Villa can accommodate 8 adults + 2 children. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is a bathroom, equipped with a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped to suit your every need – it has a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table, providing space for six people. The living area is equipped with a comfortable couch and a Smart TV. The area is spacious and provides a beautiful view of the vineyard and the olive grove. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. There is a bathroom, equipped with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There is also a dining table, providing space for four people. The living area is equipped with a comfortable couch and a Smart TV as well. The area is covered with WI-FI. The Villa’s interior is a blend of modern and traditional style, reflecting its owners’ desire to preserve the elements of their grandfather’s heritage. Outside the Villa, there is a 32m2 swimming pool, surrounded by a wooden deck, and equipped with four sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and an outdoor dining area accommodating 10 people, where you can prepare many fresh meals with your family and friends, and a children’s playground.
