At MP Beach Club (250m to beach), 'pet-friendly' is an understatement. We welcome your furry family members without question, as we believe holidays are for the entire family, paws and all. Your pets are welcome both inside the cottage and out. Each unit boasts a large, private, and fully-fenced yard with a pergola—a safe and spacious area for them to play and relax. To make them feel right at home, we provide pet blankets, bowls, and toys. As a unique touch, some of our single-bedroom units also feature a luxurious outdoor bathtub, perfect for rinsing off a sandy pup after a fun day at the beach! Inside, every cottage is equipped with modern amenities for your comfort. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen , split-system air conditioning and heating , ceiling fans , and a cozy indoor fireplace (BYO firewood is welcome). For your entertainment, we provide a smart TV, a DVD player, and free Wifi. All linens and towels are supplied, so all you need to do is arrive and unwind. All of this is located just a 250-meter flat walk to the beach and is central to the Mornington Peninsula's most popular attractions.

Our MP Beach Club cottages, located at 15 Burdett Street, Tootgarook, offer the perfect base for your Mornington Peninsula getaway. We are centrally located, putting the region's best attractions within easy reach. Enjoy the convenience of being just a 250-meter walk from the beautiful bay beach and the Capel Sound boat launch. A large, dog-friendly park is situated directly opposite the property. A wonderful local highlight is the Tootgarook Community Market, held on the fourth Saturday of each month at the nearby primary school, just a 350-meter stroll from your door. It’s perfect for finding fresh local produce, gourmet foods, and handmade crafts. You are also only a 7-minute drive from the famous Peninsula Hot Springs and moments from a host of world-class wineries. Within a 30-minute drive, you can play a round of golf, explore stunning national parks, ride the scenic Arthur’s Seat Eagle cable cars, visit local fruit farms or enjoy tree-top adventures.

At our choice we arrived an hour after check-in time and the accommodation was still being clean. Contact with the property manage took 24 hours for a response to be received. There were basic amenities, for example no extra linen (blankets) which was disappointing when it was cold. Perhaps leave instructions on the air-con would have been helpful. Would I stay again, a big no!

The Mornington Peninsula Cottages (MPC) are situated in Tootgarook, a highly appealing area offering a wealth of attractions and natural beauty. The Beach Club Cottage is exceptionally well-located, being just 250m from the beach and the Capel Sound boat launch, providing immediate access to the serene bay for swimming or water activities. For those who enjoy the outdoors, a large, dog-friendly park is conveniently located directly opposite the property.

The area serves as an excellent base for exploring the diverse offerings of the Mornington Peninsula. Guests are a mere five-minute drive from the popular Hot Springs, perfect for a relaxing soak. Additionally, the region is renowned for its wineries, with various cellar doors within a 30-minute drive, allowing for easy access to tasting experiences. The location is central to all the attractions the Mornington Peninsula can offer.

A fantastic local highlight is the Tootgarook Primary School Market, held on the fourth Saturday of every month, conveniently located just opposite the cottages at 7 Carmichael St, Tootgarook. This community market opens at 7:30 am and closes at 12:30 pm, offering a delightful variety of handmade arts and crafts, local produce, gourmet foods, plants, bric-a-brac, and clothing.

Rustic and Artsy Beach Shack Theme: Our cottages embody a rustic and artsy beach shack theme. While each unit has its unique touches, they all contribute to this authentic experience, retaining elements like tin roofs and walls, offering a charming alternative to modern, insulated hotel rooms. It's about enjoying the character and the location.

Private Outdoor Retreats: Each unit boasts a private outdoor space. The two-bedroom units have a large private yard of about 30m2, fully fenced, with outdoor dining furniture and a pergola. The single-bedroom units also have a large, fully fenced private yard about 30m2 in size with artificial lawn and outdoor dining furniture.
