The bed is a comfortable single-size Murphy bed. When not needed, the bed can be stored on the wall to create free space.

【Rules and manners】

1.　 Guests staying for one month or more are required to agree to a "Lease Agreement".

2.　Self-check-in; Please come to the apartment by yourself. We will advise you on the location details and maps. For your convenience, we can arrange the apartment for late-night or early-morning arrivals with an extra charge.

3.　NO SMOKING inside the apartment nor on the balcony. Standing and smoking in front of the building entrance is not allowed as well.

4. You must separate the garbage; combustible everyday garbage, recyclables (cans and plastic bottles and glass), and non-combustible items.

5.　No partying and gatherings at the apartment.
