With uninterrupted Coral Sea views, four spacious bedrooms, and beautifully styled interiors, this property is your private slice of tropical paradise.
Wake up to the soothing sound of waves crashing just metres away. The upstairs kitchen is fully equipped with stylish modern appliances, including a Smeg BBQ grill, built-in air fryer, oven, and stovetop. Youâll also find a coffee machine and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining with ease.
Relax in the saltwater inground pool surrounded by lush private gardens, or enjoy alfresco dining with two BBQ areas and multiple entertaining spaces. Flat-screen TVs are located throughout the home, and complimentary Wi-Fi is included. Parking is secure and private, located behind an electronic gate.
Start your mornings with a coffee on the spacious deck as dolphins swim past, and end your evenings under the stars around the fire pit, sipping cocktails and watching cruise ships glide across the horizon. Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
