This new holiday house is at ground floor level, across the road from the beach and Rabbit Island. It has a boat shed theme and is very comfortable, with paved BBQ area amongst the trees and abundant bird life.

It is fully furnished, with nothing left to chance - TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ - the lot! AND it`s pet friendly if you have a dog.

There is plent of room to park your car and boat (it`s not far to the Coffin Bay boat ramp).

Inside the spacious bedrooms have a queen sized bed, a double bunk for the kids and some spare mattresses. The lounge converts into a queen sofa bed if needed.

The bathroom has a double shower and the full-sized kitchen has a gas cooktop, microwave oven and electric oven.

You will enjoy privacy and seclusion in a fantastic location with a great little beach just across the road. The sunsets here will knock your socks off! They are just beautiful.
