This property is ideal for couples, a family holiday, group getaway or a work retreat.

The house has 3 large heat pumps and underfloor heating in the main bathroom.

There are several areas indoors and outdoors for spending quality time with friends and family.

With 3 large queen bedrooms and 1 single room the house can accommodate up to 7 guests. Beds are comfortable and warm and all beds have fitted electric blankets.

The property is surrounded by farmland and at 'milking time' the large dairy herd next door can be seen coming and going from the 'cowshed'.

A bird feeder has been installed outside the kitchen window and several Tui's can be seen feeding during the day.

There is a 'book exchange' in the lounge on a book shelf where guests are welcome to take books or leave their read books.

Guests can access all areas of the main house and any areas marked 'Private' are not to be used.
