Home Truths

‱  The bedrooms are upstairs, which may not suit those seeking single-level living, but it does offer great views!

‱  Parking is side by side. Having two undercover spots in Manly is a major win. There is an entry height restriction of 1.70-1.75m high and a very steep driveway, so please be aware - small cars only.

‱  Being so close to the water means occasional salt spray.

‱  Pets are welcome, but pre-approval is required—best to check in advance to avoid surprises.

‱  As this is waterfront, there is a seawall; however, the property is not appropriate/safe for very young children.

‱  The furniture displayed in this listing will change as the property is currently being restyled and is expected to have new imagery in late Aug 2025. Please note that it will be at the same or higher standard.  Please ask our team for the newest imagery.

‱ No Harbour pool – this is closed for Renovation, there is no access.

‱ No air-conditioning, but we have fans and a beautiful sea breeze.

‱ Unfortunately, the awning for the property does not work as a result of the property being absolutely waterfront with exposure to sun, salt and wind.
