■Dining Kitchen We have prepared a spacious table. The interior features abundant use of wood, Showa-era glass lighting, intricate embroidery, and a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen system. The east-facing windows offer a breathtaking view of the well-maintained Japanese garden. The south-facing windows provide a serene view of the rural landscape and distant mountain ranges. In spring, you can witness rice planting; in early summer, the lush greenery grows vigorously; in autumn, the fields gradually turn golden, and when the ears of rice begin to droop, it signals harvest time. Stylish tableware adds a touch of elegance to the dining experience. A water purifier is available for your convenience.
■Bedroom with bar counter and shoe-removal stone Chairs are provided for enjoying the garden view. You can sit side by side to admire the garden, and if you feel like stepping outside, you can do so directly from the room. The bar counter is for standing use only.
■Light and airy bedroom with diamond-patterned windows A natural-style room with diamond-patterned windows on the hallway side. The soft glow of the light stand fills the space. You can relax on the sofa. Child-sized hangers are provided.
■Japanese-style room The shoji screens let in soft light. The tokonoma features a hanging scroll and a vase, and the walls incorporate plaster that helps regulate humidity. The tatami mats are made from washi paper, allowing them to be used for many years. The elegant black dyeing calms the mind. Gather around the low table, sit on the tatami mats, and relax while chatting. Sometimes you can just lie down and gaze at the garden. Napping is also one of the joys of travel.
■Bathroom Relax your mind and body in the spacious bathtub. Two types of bath salts from Kagawa Prefecture are available for a fee.
■Two toilets, washroom The area next to the bathtub is the changing room, so please use the washroom or the mirror in the hallway for skincare.
■Activities We plan to offer tea ceremony, temple calligraphy, trekking tours, and authentic massages in the future. Please let us know if you are interested in any of these activities.
■Guest Access You are free to use all areas except those locked with a key.
■Other Important Information As this is a rural area, insects are inevitable. We have various sprays available for your use. All guests from overseas must submit copies of their passports at least 3 days in advance. If you are unable to submit your passport copy, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be given.
