You and your group will have full, exclusive access to the entire property, including all three bedrooms, the lounge, dining area, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and both yards. There are no shared spaces during your stay.

Pillows and blankets are provided, but guests must bring pillowcases, sheets, quilt covers, and towels. Linen hire is available—book in advance for convenience. Please note the hot water can run very warm, especially in the kitchen. The gardens may have seasonal growth despite regular upkeep. Pets are welcome, but please let us know in advance.
