This fully-furnished apartment can accommodate up to four guests very comfortably.
This gorgeous unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Located in near the Las Vegas Strip. There is patrolled security on-premises 24 hours.
The modern kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and dining sets. A blender, toaster, and coffee maker are provided. A microwave is available for cooking. A double sink and dishwasher are used to clean included cookware.
There is a television in both bedrooms and the living room.
The upgraded bathrooms are equipped with soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Towels, Kleenex, and toilet tissue are provided.
The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ceiling fans for additional comfort. There is another queen-size bed in the second room along with a ceiling fan.
The pool, hot tub, and gym are located conveniently just steps from this property. 2 chairs and a table are available on this unit's private patio. Security patrols this gated community 24/7. There is free parking available.
TENNIS COURT
-The power to the tennis court lights have been set to only activate during dark hours
-The lights will automatically power off at 10pm when the amenity closes
-Hours of operation may vary due to maintenance or weather conditions
Other Things to Note:

We ask that you remain respectful and keep the noise down, specifically in the backyard. Per city code, quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. daily. The neighbors will contact the authorities if there are any disturbances.
Our house rules state:
No loud music outside Give hours
No smoking inside
No parties or events are allowed
No pets unless authorized (fees apply)
Upon arrival, you have 24 hours to check the house and report any maintenance concerns you have so we may address them as soon as possible.
• Smoking is not allowed in the rental, and there is a $500 fee for the violation of the house rules.
• If any property is damaged or missing after your departure you will be charged for the value of the item.
• Mailbox access is NOT provided. Guests may order packages through the post office or lockers.
• Early check-ins are subject to availability for an additional fee and not guaranteed until the day of your arrival.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided free of charge upon request. Please note all items are subject to availability. Deliveries are between 11am and 8pm.
• There is a NoiseAware device installed in the home. This is not a listening or recording device. This device will simply notify StripViewSuites if the noise level goes above a certain volume. This device is for home security and for the consideration of the neighborhood. If there is a noise complaint guests may be asked to immediately vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• There are Ring Surveillance cameras on the outside of the property. Ring surveillance is only used for security purposes. Surveillance is not used inside of the property. Devices are located at the front door and backyard. Please do not touch the devices. This is a violation of the house rules.
• This home is monitored 24 hours by AV security company. Security monitors the noise sensors and cameras to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors.
•StripViewSuites Hours of Operation are 24 hours, seven days a week, including holidays.
**IMPORTANT**
You must register at the Main Office, and registration is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-12:15 PM and 1:30 PM-4:00 PM. Please let us know your planned arrival time in advance.
Please note that this does not guarantee an early check-in. Check-in to the condo begins at 3:00 PM.
