*Strict No Party Policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline $165 per call out fee plus $55 admin fee).

*No loud music after 8pm.

*NO Bucks/Hens parties or Schoolie/School leaver groups permitted.

*No smoking or vaping whatsoever anywhere on the property

*A $100 fee will be payable to any key or fob not returned on your check out.
