Daybreak Shores is our family’s beachside haven, just a few barefoot steps from the sand. Designed for easy coastal living, it features a pool, and open-plan spaces made for gathering. Whether it’s days by the beach, barbecues by the pool, or movie nights inside, it’s the kind of place where everyone instantly feels at home.

The Space

Welcome to Daybreak Shores, a place designed for connection, comfort, and calm.

Just steps from the beach, this architecturally designed two-storey home brings together natural light, open spaces, and thoughtful details to make every moment effortless.

The downstairs living area is the heart of the home — open-plan, spacious, and filled with sunshine. Large doors open to a covered alfresco area overlooking the pool, creating an easy flow between indoors and out. It’s the perfect spot for long family lunches, lazy afternoons, or a barbecue as the sun sets.

The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make cooking and entertaining simple — a butler’s pantry, stone bench-tops, nespresso machine, air fryer, and all the essentials for a relaxed meal at home.

A guest bedroom and bathroom downstairs make things easy for grandparents or guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, three generous bedrooms offer quiet spaces to unwind. The master suite features a king bed, walk-in robe, ensuite, and private balcony — perfect for morning coffee or enjoying that morning sunrise.

Outdoor Living:

The outdoors is where you’ll spend most of your time. Start the day with a swim in the pool, wander to the beach, or take the bikes for a coastal ride.

We’ve included beach towels, a trolley, and a cool cabana, so heading to the sand is easy.

After a day of adventure, come home to a barbecue, relax in the lounge seating by the pool, and enjoy the simple joy of being together by the sea.
