Levin’s Bend at The Wharf is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo on the 6th floor, offering comfort, convenience, and waterfront charm. Enjoy beautiful marina views from the private balcony, with The Wharf’s main strip just outside your door - perfect for dining, shopping, events, and entertainment!

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home

Perfect getaway

Condo was clean and perfectly sized for our vacation needs. Views from front door and back balcony were excellent. Proximity to fun, food, & shopping was a big bonus! We plan to return!

Very clean, the Oasis is perfect for all ages. The downside is no outside food or drink is allowed, this was frustrating having a family with food allergies and no options.

Everything was great ,close enough to everything, nice pool, the only thing was weird was that one day I found a car on my reserved parking spot ,wich I don't know why they do that if is reserved and you net a code to get in to that section of parking lot ,I think not body needs to go through this we all have to respect every body space specially if is marked with a number

Wireless was spotty at times. Lint filter on dryer very worn, although we did manage well enough. Otherwise, everything worked well, condo very clean. We feel comfortable recommending it.

The shower would either run cold cold or hot hot like burning hot. So it was difficult to take a shower. Water drip from air vent while seating on sofa. Ice machine would drain every 15 minutes.
