After your stay, we replaced the refrigerator, replaced lightbulbs, and cleaned the Weber propane BBQ grill. The first bathroom fan is on a motion detector, so it may take a few seconds to turn on. Regarding the pool, it is professionally maintained by a contractor every week, including a service visit just four days prior to your arrival. Because the property is located in a rural area, wind can occasionally carry debris into the water. We provide an automatic pool sweeper and filtration system to manage this between professional cleanings; while some surface debris may appear, the pool remains treated and fully functional for guest use. We appreciate you bringing the gate access issue to our attention. We have coordinated with our partners at Evolve to ensure gate instructions are clearly included in the arrival details.
