We're glad you enjoyed the house and surrounding area! We're sorry the cleanliness and game room access fell short of expectations. The chalet is surrounded by woods, so insects and spider webs can return quickly despite cleaning before each arrival. We also understand your concerns about the dust and dead bugs. Game room access instructions were sent to the phone number provided before check-in, but we recognize that you weren't able to enjoy this amenity during your stay. We also understand how frustrating it was to receive only automated responses when you needed assistance.
