The Space:
This well-designed 84 sqm apartment offers a comfortable balance of space, character, and functionality, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The open-plan living and dining area features high ceilings and a calm, softly lit atmosphere that feels warm and inviting.
The living space includes a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware.
The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, both with queen beds. The main bedroom has a window with city and harbour views, facing the street, while the second bedroom is an internal room, ideal for a quiet and restful night. Portable fans are provided for added comfort.
The bathroom is modern and well finished, with a walk-in tiled shower and sleek vanity. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided for convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire apartment in Dilworth Building. This is a self check in property, so services like front desk check-in, room service or luggage storage aren’t available.
The Neighborhood:
Located on the corner of Queen Street and Commerce Street, you’re just steps from Britomart Station, the ferry terminal, and Commercial Bay’s shops and eateries. Queen Street, the waterfront, Viaduct Harbour, the Sky Tower, and other city highlights are all within easy walking distance. If you’re driving, there are several public paid parking options nearby.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
* We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
* As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:
* Key pick up place is at Q Convenience Store (Shop C, 32 Queen Street), with the assistance of the store staff. It' just around the corner, about 60 m or 1 minute walk from the apartment.
* There is no carpark available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.

* Our check-in time is 3pm - 11pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest. Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean. For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
*Our latest check-out time is 10am.
Interaction with Guests:
We'll give guests space, we're not living onsite, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office (72C Wyndham St) for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-5pm NZ time. Outside of business hour, please allow a few hours to response to any inquires.
