Main Bedroom (with ensuite and balcony)
Queen size bed with private bathroom ensuite and large amount of inbuilt wardrobe space (for two) with extra set of stand alone drawers. Wall mounted TV for lazy nights in bed (Netflix and Prime provided). Direct access to large balcony off main bedroom for morning coffee and breakfast or private entertaining overlooking the parkland.
Inbuilt ducted air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room area
Second bedroom
Queen bed with large amount of inbuilt cupboard space (for 2). Note second bathroom (with shower and bath) is directly adjacent so provides easy access and use for second bedroom. Inbuilt ducted air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
Main Living Room Area
Large North facing living area is an entertainers delight with open plan kitchen and lounge/TV area which opens up to covered balcony offering seamless indoor outdoor connectivity. Balcony doors can be cascaded to the side to offer a seamless alfresco experience for entertaining or winding down after a long day at the beach perfect for those seeking a relaxed beachside lifestyle in a stylish and relaxing setting.
Penthouse Foyer and direct access from elevator
Take the elevator from underground carpark which will take you directly into the top floor (2nd floor) penthouse foyer area. From there you will have security digital keypad access to apartment for added privacy and security if needed.

2 Underground Carpark spaces
2 carspaces for two vehicle. Underground carpark has security gate. Access to the underground carpark is via a security gate which is activated by a button controller and up to 2 will be provided if requested.
Guest Access
Security Verification
Before check-in, all guests are required to upload a valid photo ID (photo of current drivers licence or photo of current passport) and a selfie to confirm booking details. Only guests who provide valid ID and photo are allowed access to the property.
Check in Details
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted valid ID's of all adult guests (up to a maximum of 4 adults) staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.
Bond
A bond of $2,400 (held by Stayz) is required to protect the host from property damage (furniture, appliances) or significant extra cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.
Smoking prohibited
Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and apartment is fitted with overhead interior fire sprinklers and so vaping or smoking inside is prohibited. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping/smoking and damage will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys carpark buzzers not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350.

âšFull privacy is provided to the guests but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked or call/text mobile Property Manager for any details or issues.
