I caught the review from the guests who stayed before our trip and followed up with the host before our trip started, only to arrive and found out the issue were still there, trash bin overflown and the lawn not mowed.I couldn’t get in the house because the cleaning team locked the lock that they did’t have keys for. When I connect with the host who is in India, she lied about putting the passcode for the spare keys in the check-in instruction, then later corrected herself that she had guests who were confused with having code for keyless and keyed entrance so she removed one code from the instruction.During our stay, we had 1 shower that works-but the bath this showerhead was in is clogged. The other shower can’t be used. We asked them to get someone local to come support us but nobody comes. Why? The host is overseas and Evolve, the property management team uses oversea agents!!! Such a scam. They charged crazy fee for bad service.My recommendation is to stay clear of this house. And when you see Evolve as the property management, be alert and ask them ahead of time that there will be local contact. Ask for that local number and call, check it out way ahead of time to make sure you can talk to someone local. This specific Evolve team and host is really good saying apologies but have zero interest of making it right, fixing it while they still can for the guests.

My review is do not book here Fridge snd freezer broken! Didn’t know this till after food was put in it and we had to throw it away For 10 people we needed 2 SHOWERS. One was broken with a do not use sign that no one mentioned when we booked this Bath tub was used since shower was broken and the water leaked downstairs to the kitchen counter! And there is no mention that this house doesn’t have air conditioning and we booked this for the month of July! House was 78-80 when we checked in. I have received a refund of 22.97 for our inconvenience. I lost more food than that!
