Situated in the family friendly Whangaumu bay, on the Tutukaka Coast this home is on a spacious and private beachfront section with breathtaking views. The modern yet comfortable home will keep the whole family happy as you explore the area.

This two storied home comfortably sleeps a family of six to eight guests across three bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, and a washing machine and dryer.
The Kitchen is simple but has all that you need. A weber BBQ is on site for your use.

A gate at the front of the property leads you down a path to the beach.

If you’re planning to bring the boat there's more than enough room to park it here. People often launch at the end of the bay or you can drive to the Tutukaka Boat Ramp just six minutes away. Tutukaka also has petrol, shops, restaurants and the marina.
Ngunguru is 8 minutes by car and has takeaway food, a golf course, and dairy.

Special conditions:
- Maximum number of occupants allowed overnight on the property is 8.
- Items in garage are not for guest use sorry, garage is locked.
- Two kayaks available free of charge, paddles and floatation vests included.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed.

Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to do a basic clean/vacuum of the house and do the dishes before you leave ahead of the cleaner coming in to do a deeper clean.
