With our remodel, we've kept a fresh cabin feel. This is also our getaway condo, and we wanted to maintain a fresh ski/board/bike and mountain feel.

We are passionate for you to have a special experience at our place and the incredible Brian Head area. No frustrating 3rd parties to work with!

Giant Steps lift is a 5 minute walk or quick drive and Navaho lift is a short drive away. Winter season has a free town shuttle to both lift areas that stops at our complex entrance.

50" TV with our full access to: YouTube TV, Netflix. Apple TV+, Max, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Hulu (add free), ESPN +, Vudu with our purchased movies, Roku TV.

Kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything you'll need. Including a Keurig with unlimited coffees, teas, coco, cider.

We include all the other essentials too: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish/dishwasher soap, garbage bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets.

Parking is available right in front of the condo unit for 1 vehicle. Parking is parallel along the driveway. Extra vehicles can be parked at the complex overflow area (see pics).

Snow gear closet for your skis/boards and gear inside our unit.

New 55 Gallon hot water heater for plenty of hot water.

Schlage smart door lock for easy condo access with your door code.

Wall heaters and the wood fireplace heat the condo, we also include fire-logs for you. The wall heaters are all smart thermostats so we'll have the place nice and warm for you when you arrive in the cold months. They're easy for you to adjust the temperature with digital displays.

Nest smoke / CO alarms alert with verbal updates, lights and/or alarms.

Brian Head is at 9,800 ft and the condo is a second-floor condo with a loft. There are two flights of stairs to get to the condo entrance and 1 flight of stairs inside the condo to the loft. The Utah Mountain air can get dry, which is part of why the snow is so amazing.

4x4 and/or chains are recommended in the winter months in the canyon. They are required during storms. The condo complex parking is plowed.

Kitchen highlights: 100% complete remodel. New floor, paint, cabinets, counter-tops, GE electric glasstop stove/oven, GE microwave vents to the outside, GE dishwasher, GE Haier counter depth fridge. New toaster, blender, grill and crockpot. New LED dimmer light, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. The water is mountain fresh, but we have also added a filtered drinking water system at the kitchen sink. New Keurig stocked with coffees, creamers, cider and hot chocolate k-cups (or bring some of your own as well), and a selection of teas, herbal teas and honey.

Living room highlights: New flooring and new updated fireplace wall. New smart TV with full access to YouTube TV, Netflix, Apple TV+, Max, Amazon Prime, Hulu (add free), Disney+, ESPN+, Vudu (our purchased movies) all included. New window and blinds and added new ceiling fan/light. New throw blankets.

Views highlights: New sliding door/screen. The balcony and eating nook has one of the best views of the mountain/resort you'll find. The sun hits the front of the condo all year long which adds warmth to the spectacular views. A great way to enjoy a morning brew or just to sit and relax in the fresh air. Watch skiers/boarders throughout the day and into the evening. This is also the perfect remote working setup as you gaze out at the mountain while working. Hummingbirds will join you in the Summer as they stop for a drink in the balcony feeder.

Loft bedroom highlights: New king platform bed and bedding with a new Novaform® 12" gel memory foam medium mattress, we've added a Layla cooling 2" topper for perfect comfort.. There is plenty of room under the platform bed for storing things like luggage to keep it out of the way. All new pillows with hypoallergenic pillow covers. New dresser, new iron/board, lights, windows. New motorized blackout shades make it easy to darken or brighten up the room.

Loft bathroom highlights: New Kohler soaker tub and shower. New Kohler comfort height elongated toilet, new vanity, light, mirror, faucets and wall heater. New flooring. New towels.

Main floor bathroom highlights: New vanity, granite top, sink, faucets, mirror, lights, fan and Kohler comfort height elongated toilet. New towels, new first aid kit and new hair dryer.

Main floor bedroom highlights: 3 twin beds, portable pack 'n play (stored under the twin), new window, new wall heater, new pillows with hypoallergenic pillow covers., fun décor.

Laundry room: New Samsung full-size 4.5 washer and 7.5 dryer. Detergent and dryer sheets. No better way to dry out those wet snow clothes than right here in the condo.
