Inside the 1860s home, two living areas and two bedrooms — Queen and Double — pair original character with ducted heating, ducted cooling and electric fireplaces. Suited to couples, friends or work travellers in the CBD.

HEATING AND COOLING

The Heritage Stay is fitted with ducted heating and cooling reaching both living areas and bedrooms. Two electric fireplaces sit in the second living area and the kitchen/dining space, adding warmth and atmosphere through cooler Bathurst evenings.

The 1860s home is laid out with two living areas, a well-equipped kitchen and dining space, and two bedrooms set back from the street. Original character carries through the interiors, paired with ducted climate control, two electric fireplaces, and a coffee pod machine for morning starts. Suited to couples on a weekend away, friends visiting Bathurst, or longer work stays in the CBD.



THE LOCATION

The Heritage Stay sits in central Bathurst on Howick Street, directly opposite Bathurst City Centre — home to Woolworths, BWS, JB Hi-Fi, Bed Bath N Table, Dusk, Tarocash, Connor, Platypus Shoes, a nail salon, medical centre and several eateries.



The local coffee scene is close at hand, with Venue Cafe & Bar (50m) directly opposite inside Bathurst City Centre, Booky's (140m), Yoko's Kitchen (400m), Enso Specialty Coffee Bar (500m) and The Black Crow (650m) all within walking distance. Dining nearby includes Church Bar (500m) for pizzas and cocktails in a converted brick schoolhouse, Bootleg Dining (400m) for seasonal menus, plus the Family Hotel (300m), Brock's (850m), Dogwood (500m) and El Guapo Cantina (600m).



Machattie Park (700m) offers a city-centre picnic spot, and the Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum (300m) houses the region's Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton. Groceries are covered by Woolworths (300m) and Aldi (400m). Sport travellers will find Carrington Park (350m), Bathurst Athletics Club (350m) and the Bathurst Showground (750m) close by, and Charles Sturt University's Bathurst campus is a short drive across town. Mount Panorama and the National Motor Racing Museum sit roughly 3.2km away — under a ten-minute drive from the front door.

- STAIRS: There are two stairs at the street-side entry to the property.

- PORTACOT: A portacot is provided as part of our family amenities. Please bring your own cot linen, as this is not supplied.
