Owner's Comments We can assure you that all of our furniture is clean. Our sunroom has three large sliding doors, so it is difficult to prevent cottonwood fluff from blowing in and settling on the furniture, which can make it appear slightly dusty or dirty. There are 8 wine glasses on the right side of the cupboard. A pair of oven mitts is located beneath the oven drawer. We will also purchase an additional pair and place it in the BBQ utensils drawer for added convenience. All of the mattress protectors are new, including those for the three sofa beds. You mentioned that you did not bring bed sheets because the listing did not state that guests should bring their own. We have already reimbursed you for the bed sheets you purchased locally. We sincerely apologize that the air conditioning stopped working on your last day. We arranged for an emergency weekend repair, and it was fully fixed before the next guests arrived. The after-hours service call alone cost $660, in addition to the repair costs. We care about our guests and respond promptly whenever issues arise. We believe our rental rate is competitive and comparable to other cottages in the resort. Thank you for choosing our cottage and we appreciate your stay.

Owner's Comments All cottages in the resort are equipped with the same size hot water tank. However, we recently upgraded ours to a fast-recovery system that heats the water using both electricity and propane. This significantly increases the hot water recovery rate, providing a much better experience for our guests. Bass fishing can be very productive. Bass are often found in the weed beds directly in front of the dock, where they feed on these minnows. There is no need to clean the cottage before departure. We apologize for the outdated wording in our previous instructions and that information has now been corrected.
