The property was beautiful and a great place to unwind and spend time with family. The hosts were amazing and very responsive to our inquiries, and made sure everything about our stay was perfect. The property is very clean and organized :) We rented a boat for the weekend through Watts Bar Boat Rentals-delivered to the dock and the team was great; took a quick hike to Ozone falls-worth it!!; and stopped off at Roosevelt Lookout-a little rundown but beautiful view of the area!Thank you for helping our family have a great vacation with a lot of R&R!

This place is so nice and relaxing. Worked out great for my family to have a hot tub, basketball hoop, ping pong, board games, kayaks, life jackets, and beautiful house to relax in. It was exactly what we needed. We had plenty of space and quietness.

Unbelievable experience - start to finish. Highly recommend. Super clean. Every detail was well thought out. I wouldn’t change or add a thing! We had a family of 8 - adults, teen boys and girl, and a mobility-impaired senior citizen. The house was perfect for everyone! House could easily accommodate 12 people and you would not feel cramped. We used the kayaks, fished off the dock, spent a lot of time in the hot tub (yes, even in the Tennessee heat). Teens played air hockey, ping pong, and Velcro darts. We did it all!!Host was PHENOMENAL! Attentive, Kind. Eager to please. Hospitality at its finest! If you are debating whether or not to book, BOOK IT!

Beautiful house in beautiful setting! House was very clean and well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our two families (4 adults 4 kids). We brought our boat and boys fished either from boat or off the dock. It was chilly so the hot tub was nice to relax in. Lots of games inside the house that were enjoyed by all. We all had a great time. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as advertised on the VRBO site. House was immaculate when we arrived slightly early and were lucky to meet the owners who gave us some info on local sites. Melanie (one of the owners) had labeled every possible thing in the house from wall switches to an extensive inventory of what was in each of the kitchen cabinets which made looking for and operating things very easy. There were 7 of us with 7 jet skiis and 5 trailers. The dock house easily had enough room for the skiis at the end of the day and the massive driveway in front of the gararge was more than enough room for our trucks with trailers. The hot tub was very clean which was used daily. The beds were very comfortable and all 7 of us had a bed without having to use the couch. If you are going to be exploring the area via boat, the location of this house couldn’t be better as you can go north, south,east and west on the different waterways and locks. If this house looks like it might meet your needs, go for it and you won’t be disappointed. Melanie and her husband have made this house a gem !

We had such an amazing 4 day weekend here. The pics do not show how absolutely beautiful it is! The house is gorgeous, clean and the kitchen has anything you would need! Then the view and the dock is beautiful. My sons caught a lot of fish (and let them go). My older kids also enjoyed the kayaks. Lifejackets are supplied for all ages and sizes. Wish I could give 10 stars! I’ve stayed a lot of places and this is one of the best. The managers were awesome too and so helpful!
