Bouldin Creek So-Fi House

Located in the heart of Bouldin Creek, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath two-story home is perfect getaway. It is steps from fantastic restaurants on 1st street such as Polvos, Elizabeth Street Cafe, Fresa’s, and many food trucks. The prime location of the home makes it very convenient to get to popular areas of town, including downtown Austin, Zilker Park and South Congress Avenue.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with the primary bedroom that features a large shower, walk in closet and a deck overlooking the backyard.

The backyard has boasts a massive pecan tree to provide ample shade throughout the day. Really need to beat the heat? Cool off in our recently added 8ft cowboy pool! We have two outdoor loveseats, 2 chairs, and an outdoor dining table as well.

*The cowboy pool is shut down from December - March. We may open or close it early or later than these dates depending on weather and average temperature.

You will have access to the entire home with the exception of one hallway closet (cleaner`s closet) and the storage shed in the backyard.

There is a $500 security deposit hold for this property. Please click the link after booking to enter payment information.
Any and all guests are required by us to have identity verified through Airbnb. Make sure to have a picture of yourself on your profile as well. All guests must register their names within the reservation.

The house is located in a neighborhood with families in the surrounding houses. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM as courtesy to the neighbors. Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 people at all times. We do not allow parties of any kind. Guests will be evicted without refund if a party occurs. No smoking of any kind is allowed in the house. A fee of $500 will be added if any evidence of smoking is found. By booking our home, you are agreeing to these terms.

You are traveling to Texas. It is hot and humid here. Due to the climate, certain unwelcome pests are something that EVERYONE who lives here deals with. While they are unwelcome, we can ensure you that they are harmless. The home is treated for pests bi-monthly. Although the home is treated regularly, it may be possible for one of these pests to still make its way into the home. Please be mindful about leaving doors or windows open. Any food left out on counters can attract pests as well, so please make sure to not leave food out and store anything in cabinets or the refrigerator. In the event that something does come inside, please communicate this to us and we will handle it promptly. We take great pride in our home and try to maintain it to the best of our ability to ensure you have a great stay. We cannot 100% control Mother Nature and wildlife, though we do take the necessary action in prevention. No refunds will be issued for these (not impossible but not probable) encounters.

Please note we typically require Friday and Saturday to be booked together. If you wish to book separately, please send us a message before requesting to book. Also, some special event weekends may require a 3 day minimum (SXSW, Formula 1, ACL)
