BUILDING AND FLOOR PLAN
The building offers elevator access directly to the 21st floor, with no stairs required. Upon entry, you will find the open plan living and dining area, Bedroom on the rightside with an ensuite toilet & bathroom. The unit is fully airconditioned for a comfortable stay, specially in the hot summer months.

POOL/BASKETBALL COURT/TENNIS COURT ACCESS
The use of the pool is exclusive to residents but is accessible to guests for a fee of 100PHP per person per hour. This must be communicated with and paid for directly at the buildings admin office located on the 4th floor of the building to ensure availability and avoid crowding.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The unit features a thoughtfully designed kitchenette that features microwave, portable induction stove, rangehood with a full‑size refrigerator, ideal for light cooking during your stay.
Complimentary welcome instant coffee, tea, sugar provided each stay.

BED CONFIGURATION
- 1 x full-double bed (2 persons, bedroom 1)
- 1 x sofa bed (2 persons, Living room)

- 1 x Sofa bed may not be as comfortable as standard mattress but we do our best to make it as comfortable as possible. Let us know if needed prior arrival
