The space
The Waterfront home is nestled in among the trees atop the Canadian shield. Even in the hottest weather the home stays cool. A staircase that leads to the Boat house/screened room and Patio area below offers all the waterfront access you desire. For those that have a tough time with stairs, there is a Tram / Inclined elevator that carries up to 4 people or gear down to the boat house. Bring a boat or Jet ski and have the use of the dock. There is also a firepit area and exposed rock outcrop for your enjoyment. Pedal Boat is available on site. attached to the main home is an amazing expansive deck that wraps around the front to the extremely large entertainment deck and swim spa. We are waiting on the Swim Spa to be Opened. Hoping for July. The home is 2600 feet and has an Open concept with vaulted ceilings. Has the feel of a Lodge or Chalet. Pine walls throughout. Oversized screen patio offers ample space to retreat from the main home and enjoy all the outdoor sounds. trees rustling, birds chirping, water hitting the shore line. Great place to start your day with a cup of coffee. All bedrooms are spacious and have pine furniture. There is a second full size fridge and upright freezer in Laundry room.

Guest access
The home, parking area,main deck, swim spa if available, boat house screen room and deck, The fire pit area and rock outcrop area is all accessible. Main detached garage is not available.

The boat house where our boats are stored will not be accessible. however the screened area attached and the deck are all available and shared if owner is on site. Boat dock is shared with owners vessel.

Other things to note
There is a guest house that the owner/maintenance person may be occupying on the same property.
