The place was adorable and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, to an amazing little bakery and it gave us great access to our weekend of wedding events.Irene had suggested sunset at Mayflower Beach and it was spectacular. We will be back in the future.

Peaceful quiet location 5 minutes from the beach

A wonderful place put together with love from the owner. We felt like we were staying with a close relative with flowers and treats awaiting us. It was precisely as advertised and walk to the beach. In a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and shops. Best Vrbo we have tried on the cape and we have tried several.

We had an amazing stay at Irene’s property in Dennis Port. The location is great, close to the beach. The large studio was beautifully appointed and welcoming. The host setup a beautiful table for us with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. The bathroom had plenty of high-quality supplies. The wifi was great.Overall, an excellent stay.Communication were very efficient. My husband forgot a small box in the bathroom, and the owner promised to ship it to us.Thank you, Irene

Great little place for a couple

Great location, walk to the beach. Has everything you need. Apartment is small, bathroom is very nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Has a few cosmetic issues that need to be addressed.

My husband and I had a nice time here. It is on the second floor of the house but we didn’t see or hear anyone while we were there. It was clean and communication with the owner was great.

A comfortable stay

The apartment was up a set of stairs in the back of the cottage in a renovated attic. This is a modest stay location, and we were comfortable here. There was a nice deck and privacy. The room was thoughtfully decorated and the owner kept beach towels, sun screen and other items you might need. There were snacks and a bottle of wine for us when we entered. The local beach was enjoyable and there were great restaurants nearby.

Lovely, quiet place

Great place for a short weekend stay! Host was wonderful and accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs and very responsive. Was greeted by sweet treats and a bottle of wine right in the door. Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!

Awesome place in the southern Cape

This is a great 2nd floor studio with full kitchen and private outdoor deck. Property owner is friendly. As it is listed: just a 4 minute walk to the beach. The bed is very comfortable and the a/c works great. There were fresh flowers when we arrived - both outside n the deck and inside on the kitchen table. We’ll be back!

Excellent stay! Bright, welcoming, comfortable large upstairs studio. Easy check-in. Back deck private & comfortable. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Close to beach, dining, shopping & other options. As my friend said: "Place was even more than I had anticipated. So homey and welcoming. Throughly enjoyed our stay."A million times better than a hotel room, not perfect, but perfectly wonderful! Last minute end of summer before school getaway, harder to find options for 2 with 2 beds for vacation rentals. Bed & a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed [back folds down, felt like a massage table/ bench]. Very well equipped space. Beautiful real tea cups are a a lovely touch. If you, however, like a big mug of coffee for morning out on the deck, bring one, or use the excuse to buy yourself a cape one like I did :). We loved our 3 night stay [and I definitely wished it could be a week!]

Wonderful short stay!

We had the pleasure to stay in this cosy studio with a close proximity of 5 minutes to the beach. The host Irena was very welcoming, and accomodating. Irena put all her efforts to help us enjoy our stay. It was very nice to find some chocolates, sweets and a bottle of champagne on the dining table. Our 12-year old son has definitely enjoyed the sweets. Woolfie's coffee and breakfast bakery which is over the corner is simply amazing. They have delicious sandwiches and muffins, especially the blueberry ones. Ordering online is recommended to skip the line. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

It was a sister getaway for two nights. Communication with The owner was great. The studio apartment was adorable. She left us candy, a bottle of wine, and a calendar to take home. The apartment is still being renovated but it’s adorable. My only complaint is no outlet next to the bed to charge my phone. The area is quiet and safe. The walk to the beach was just enough. We ate at the Ocean House restaurant first night which was expensive but fabulous. The second night we ate at Wee Packet Restaurant which was just ok. Hard to get into restaurants middle of August. I suggest going early. The shower was the best I’ve ever taken. Water pressure was great and the shower head awesome. I also wish the A/C unit was cooler. Over all it was good and I’d stay here again

Cape Cod Getaway

We had a fabulous getaway!! This was my 1st time to the Cape....my husband's childhood summer vacation spot!! June was the perfect time to go!! We saw seals on a Monomoy Island Excursion and whales on the Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruise. We went to so many different types of beaches, and collected shells and rocks!! Beachcombing was great!! We ate lobster rolls EVERY day from different places. (We recommend the lobster shack at the Monomoy Island Excursions marina!!) We also ate at The Wooden Shoe, Swan River, Woolfies, and The Sunday School Ice Cream ~ MOST within walking distance of the rental. The neighborhood was a great place to walk or ride bikes....We also went to Province Town, which was a wonderful place to shop and eat!! The beaches on the bay side rivaled the beaches on the ocean!! Walking the Dunes in P~Town was breathtaking!! Irena was quick to give us some rainy day ideas. We spent almost ALL of our time visiting the Cape, and rarely in the rental. The bed was a comfortable place to sleep when we returned from our daily outings!! This rental is definitely a great to stay, with SO many things to do within walking distance!!
