Welcome to your private oceanfront escape in Masachapa, a spacious and peaceful home created for families and groups who want to experience Nicaragua’s beautiful Pacific coast together.

The home accommodates up to 11 guests and features five comfortable bedrooms, each with air conditioning. With seven beds and two full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for extended families, groups of friends, retreats and multi-generational vacations.

Step outside and enjoy a large, fully fenced tropical yard filled with mature trees, refreshing ocean breezes and beautiful Pacific views. Relax on the oceanfront terrace, watch unforgettable sunsets and walk directly from the property to the beach.

Inside the home, guests will find:

The property is fully fenced and gated, offering additional privacy and peace of mind. Our trusted local caretakers are nearby and available to assist if you need help during your stay.

Guests may also purchase access to two swimming pools at a resort located approximately three houses away. Pool access currently costs $200 córdobas per person.

Optional housekeeping during your stay can be arranged in advance for US$25 per cleaning.

Please note that Masachapa is an authentic Nicaraguan coastal community rather than a luxury resort destination. Like many traditional beach homes in the area, the house has cool-to-warm water rather than a heated-water system. Tap water is not recommended for drinking, so a drinking-water dispenser is provided for our guests.
