Welcome to our peaceful guest suite in Bridgeman Downs, a spacious and leafy suburb just north of Brisbane. Whether you're travelling for work, visiting family, attending sporting events, or exploring the city, you'll enjoy a comfortable, private stay with thoughtful amenities and attentive hosts nearby if you need anything.

The guest suite forms part of our home but has its own private entrance, giving you privacy while still having someone available should you require assistance.

The Space

The suite accommodates up to four guests and includes:

Two separate bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV, dining table and wardrobe
Bedroom 2: Double bed with dedicated workspace and wardrobe
Private bathroom with shower
Separate toilet
Kitchenette with: Microwave, Air fryer, Rice cooker, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee machine, Toaster, Basic crockery and cutlery
Full-size refrigerator located in the sunroom for your exclusive use
Dining table in the sunroom
Free high-speed Wi-Fi
Smart TV
Ducted air conditioning and heating throughout the suite

Please note that there is no conventional cooktop or oven, making the accommodation best suited to travellers who don't require full cooking facilities.

Bathroom

The bathroom and toilet are dedicated exclusively to guests staying in the suite.

The bathroom is not an ensuite. Instead, both bedrooms have equal access via the internal hallway, making the layout particularly suitable for colleagues, friends or families travelling together.

The pool is heated during the warmer months (October to May), depending on weather conditions.

Arrival & Parking

One free off-street parking space is available in the driveway.

Self check-in is simple using the secure key safe, allowing you to arrive whenever convenient after check-in time.

To help maintain a peaceful environment for everyone, we are not suitable for parties or events.

During Your Stay

We live on the property but fully respect our guests' privacy.

You'll have your own private entrance and dedicated guest facilities. If you need anything during your stay: extra towels, assistance with heating or air conditioning, or local recommendations - we're always happy to help.

House Notes Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No smoking or vaping inside the property. No parties or events. Children are welcome but should be supervised around the swimming pool.
