Kikorangi Haven - Deep Blue Skies and Sea
Retreat to a beautiful seaside haven in the peaceful beachside suburb of Tahunanui.
This home has exceptional views over the Tasman Bay and the Western Ranges, offering gorgeous sunsets and spacious private outdoor living. Enjoy the song of Tui's, Bellbirds and the flybys of Kereru. Inside, our light filled rooms all offer sea views. We have two inside lounge areas and an easy indoor-outdoor flow to a spa pool, bbq area, outdoor dining seating for eight and a covered area with comfy lounge seats.
We are a dog friendly home with a fully gated deck and two hose off areas for after those beach walks.
A single lockup garage is available for bikes, paddle boards etc and we have chilly bins, beach chairs and a couple of kids boogie boards to use for your outdoor adventures.
The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and an induction cooktop.
If you love night skies, then you'll have star gazing covered at Kikorangi Haven. The kitchen, living rooms, bathrooms, laundry and bedrooms are all on one level. The second level houses our upstairs office, this will not be available to guests during their stay.
Tahunanui beach is a five minute drive and the area is well serviced by local a supermarket (Woolworths), pharmacy, shopping hub and bus network. Nearby are playgrounds, BMX track, dog walking areas, cycle trails (Taste Tasman Trail), museums, safe swimming beach, water activities, funpark, free community tennis courts and beach volleyball courts, café’s, restaurants and bars.
Day trips to Kaiteriteri, Able Tasman National Park, Lake Rotoiti, Richmond Forest Park, Golden Bay, Blenheim Wineries and the Marlborough Sounds are all in reach.
Pets - By special written permission only, pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. We just seek an assurance that your pet is house trained, that you'll provide appropriate supervision and ensure any issues are covered.
The home has outdoor security cameras pointed at the front and back doors.
