It combines clean lines, natural timber finishes and light-filled interiors to create a welcoming base for your stay. Ducted heating and cooling throughout keeps the home comfortable in every season, while thoughtful finishes create a calm, easy-to-settle-into atmosphere.

The first floor is devoted to open-plan living, dining and entertaining. The comfortable lounge offers a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV (with streaming apps only), creating an inviting space to relax after a day out. Flowing seamlessly from the living area, the dining space sits alongside the contemporary kitchen, where a large island, oven, dishwasher and pod coffee machine make preparing meals simple and convenient. Sliding doors open onto the covered balcony, complete with a six-seat outdoor setting and BBQ, offering an easy spot to enjoy breakfast in the fresh air or gather for relaxed evening meals. The main bathroom is on this level, featuring a freestanding bathtub alongside a generous rainfall shower, providing a comfortable space to refresh at the beginning or end of the day.

The top floor is dedicated to rest and privacy, with all three bedrooms located together. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a smart TV, a large mirrored wardrobe and a spacious ensuite with dual vanities and a rainfall shower. Bedrooms two and three each offer a double bed, smart TV and built-in wardrobe storage.

Entering on the ground floor, you`ll find a tandem garage that accommodates two average-sized cars. The home also includes a dedicated laundry with a washer, dryer and drying rack, making it easy to refresh clothes during longer stays.

Please note that the internal staircase is narrower than standard, so extra care is recommended when moving larger luggage between levels.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
