This beautiful home has a beachy vibe that features ocean/river/marsh views that make this house a perfect get-away location. You can hear the ocean waves crashing and the boats going by while you take in the most amazing sunsets from the roof deck. It is steps to three public beach entrances and the Parker River Refuge.

This builder's home has a full bath on the first floor, a bright and open sunroom, a living room with a fireplace, quiet office space off the dining room, and a large kitchen with a walk-in pantry. Surfcasting (fishing from the beach shore), swimming, biking, and bird watching are favorite activities of those who visit the island. Surfing and Stand up Paddle boarding (SUP) are also popular activities.

Downtown Newburyport is less than 4 miles away (10 minutes driving) and has great bars/restaurants and many quaint shops.
