Visiting family in Klien Texas

We came to Texas for a family wedding and Thanksgiving. The location of the apartment was perfect and easy to get to all our family’s homes and right best to the freeway . Also plenty of shopping and food at our access . The 2 bedrooms had their own bathrooms with in . First floor apartment steps away from the pool and parking . And the re two price was very affordable.

Location is very convenient. Nice unit, comfortable beds but needing some basic maintenance. Walls are a bit grubby, bulbs out and could use a deep cleaning and some minor plumbing repair. Tenants don’t clean up after their pets so watch where you walk! Biggest challenge was the gate system. Code didn’t work and we were inconveniently locked out on several occasions. Host was notified on day one and did not address the issue till our last day. Super frustrating!

Registration process is all over the place....received various notifications from multiple entities asking to register, check in, provide this, sign that, when I had already registered through portal link in vrbo inbox. BEWARE: DO NOT PARK until you have confirmed from that a hanging windshield parking permit is immediately waiting for you at check-in! Vehicle was towed literally 30 minutes after our arrival... we were still unloading our things and settling in. The rental manager Ike was helpful, located where the vehicle had been towed, and paid for the wrecker. Unfortunately, he handed me the window permit after our vehicle was towed. Apartment was clean, but "Luxurious"? Major stretch. Resident gym is "ghetto"... all of the machines are dilapted. Most are damaged or inoperable...don't plan on using the pool. The pool was closed our entire stay. Access gate box was broken. Couldn't enter the access code even if i wanted to...had to wait several minutes for someone with remote to open, then, try to slide in behind them without damaging my truck from closing gate. Most of the TVs in the "luxurious" apartment work except the Living room. No HDMI, no roku, no cable... If all you need are four clean walls, a kitchen, and pets welcome, then this listing may be for you. Ike was a likable cat. Hope he gets the registration process ironed out, so he doesn't keep getting scammed by an overzealous wrecking company, American Wrecker - scam artists

Tomball Wedding

We booked this unit because it is where my niece lives. Confusion on check in. Room hadn’t gotten cleaned. Didn’t find out until after 4:00 in the afternoon that it wasn’t ready. Put us in another facility 45 minutes away for one night and finally got us a room where we booked originally.
