This lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers some of the best views from Papakea Resort that is suitable to accommodate up to 4 guests. This west-facing condo will provide unobstructed oceanfront seats to Maui's incredible sunsets and views of the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai. Unwind on your private lanai where you'll be able to spot sea turtles and whales breaching during the winter months.

Papakea Resort A305 is on the 3rd-floor featuring a tropical interior and more! Inside you'll find a relaxed Hawaiian-inspired atmosphere with cool tile flooring, tropical-themed furnishings and décor, and plenty of natural light. Stay cool with spilt A/C units located in the living room and the bedroom. The sofa not only has an ocean view but converts into a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. In the bedroom, you'll enjoy a king-size, bed and a relaxing place to rest after a day in the sun. Just around the corner is the bathroom which includes a large vanity space and a walk-in shower. Enjoy your meals and unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 4. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized appliances and granite countertop seating for 2 with a dining table for 4.

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
We have been notified that the project is pending completion, but not guaranteed by June 2026. ***

- Seawall repairs will be concentrated in front of the A, L and F buildings.
- Sinkhole repairs will be concentrated in front of the L and F buildings.

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.
