Nice property in a prime location

The location was perfect, putting us close to all the attractions and activities we wanted to enjoy. The home itself was clean, updated, and offered everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is our second time staying at this location and we love it. Location is perfect, and the room is beautiful. My daughters love coming to this condo every summer.

Beautiful Amazing Place!!

The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The sunroom was great to relax in. The location was great and had easy access to get to the shows, shopping and places to eat. We had a wonderful stay and was beyond our expectations!

Perfect Location

This location was perfect for getting around Branson (with a car)! Being on the Yellow Route enabled us to get everywhere we wanted to go with a minimum amount of travel on Hwy 76 which is the main thoroughfare through the Strip of shows, restaurants and attractions. We were here the week before Memorial Weekend. We could walk to the indoor pool which is on property. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings were lovely. The appliances were new Samsungs. The sun room has heat bur no a/c. But in the evenings it was comfortable for playing cards. When we called management about needing a lightbulb replaced it was accomplished the day we called. The unit is on the garden level which means stairs going down to it. There is an elevator between this building and the one abutting it and there are trolleys available for transporting people and luggage. Everything was clean and in nice working order. When we return to Branson, I will seek out this unit again!

Enjoyed it but could use a little maintenance, cleaning

We had a nice time visiting family (some stayed in another condo in the same complex). The condo was a great size and close to the shuffleboard and pickleball courts for some added fun - but you do have to get down a kind of steep hillside to play - my elderly mom made it with a little help. We enjoyed having televisions in each main room and bedroom, having a nice big dining space and the beds were very comfortable, good pillows, nice sheets. The carpet is in desperate need of cleaning which was probably the main thing we noticed upon arrival, our socks got quite dark from walking on it. A few minor maintenance fixes, some updated bath towels and clean carpet would have made it a 4 or 5 star. One sink was somewhat clogged in the bathroom and one barstool needs to be tightened, and the shower heads could be de-scaled so they spray properly. We didn't call in to try and get these fixed because we didn't want to spend our vacay with maintenance people coming in/out of the property, and obviously the carpet is something that must be done during "down" time. Some vrbo's do have things like salt/pepper in the pantry which this one does not - just a heads up. All in all the location was convenient and with those mentioned fixes it will be a great rental going forward I'm sure.

Yes, we have wonderful staff available to assist immediately with any question, concern, or need while you are here. We will address the concerns you mentioned immediately now. I regret that we did not have the opportunity to improve your experience, but we will take care to use your helpful feedback. The amenities down that hill which you mention, are for the large homes called the Reunion Lodges. We are glad that you were able to enjoy the Lodges property amenities, but please know that the we have other amenities for Guests of our Condos which are far easier to access for next time. The Clubhouse will lend you basketballs, tennis or shuffleboard equipment, etc. I hope you can visit again in the future, friends!

Great place with a great location

Although I wanted to give this property 5 overall stars, there were some cons for us that we couldn't over look. But let's start with the pros first. Pros: this place is so clean on the inside and beautifully decorated. It's much bigger in person as well. Pictures don't do this place justice. It was literally home away from home. Plenty of room for the little one to play with his toys. The location of the condo is the best ever. Close enough to the main strip to get access to everything but yet far enough away for it to be quiet. The indoor pool is right across the street. Now for the Cons: if you are accustomed to sleeping in a crater filled mattress that reminds you of the surface of the moon, then the master bed is for you. We didn't sleep well the whole trip. Now the spare bed was like sleeping on the wooden pirate plank. Now it was better then the master but still my mother wasn't able to sleep very well on it. We thought we would have our 5yo sleep on the pull out sofa but he's a little young to need to sleep on an inversion type mattress. If you have neck or spine issues then this is the bed for you. The frame for the pull out was broken. So either your head was on the floor or up in the air. We did improvise and had him sleep sideways to compensate the top flopping on the floor. We were going to have him sleep on the twin pull out in the sunroom. But the air wasn't working well in that room and it was stuffy. We so wish the sleeping arrangements would have been a better experience for us because this is the perfect spot for our annual vacation.
