Stylish Old world charm with all the modern conveniences. 4BR/2BTH.
Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Steilacoom while you work, study or just relax. 3BRs on main floor, all w/ queen size beds. Stunning Master BR on 2nd Floor w/ King Size Bed, soaking tub and spacious walk in shower. HUGE, well stocked, eat in kitchen. No step entry to this level from alley. Dining room table seats 10 in the great room. Smart TVs throughout home, ample parking and self check in.

Sunny Days Lakehouse has large open spaces for getting together and staying 6 feet apart. :) There are 3 distinct areas, dining room, living room, kitchen table and if you don't want to miss anything, I suggest the 2 down filled chairs in front of the fireplace in the huge kitchen.

We are committed to keeping you healthy, the home has been professionally cleaned to meet all CDC COVID 19 standards. It is left empty 24 hrs before you arrive.

Great house

Great house and great location. Quiet and private. There was an issue with an alarm that went off 2 of the 3 nights we were there. First night we couldn’t access breaker and it rang for 2 hours. 2nd night it happened thankfully the property manager had left access to the breaker and we were able to shut it off right away. Other than that house was great and equipped with spices and everything for cooking. Could be a little more organized in terms of drawers and cabinets but really that’s just me being picky. Check out process was easy.

Independence Day Weekend

The home was spacious and served its purpose for our visit. The refrigerator/freezer was huge! While we were invited to indulge in the food in the refrigerator/freezer, it was odd to find about seven half-eaten cartons of ice cream in the freezer. There appeared to be some structural and design issues. It appeared to be an older home with a large newer addition. The kitchen floor (older portion of the home) was very uneven and sloped significantly moving from the kitchen towards the newer portion of the home. This was even more noticeable going from the bedroom to the deck. The bottom of the sliding door frame does not meet the floor. The two BBQ grills were not very clean, especially the Treager which had mold growing in it. The upstairs master bedroom was nice and also spacious. However, the master bathroom, while newly remodeled, had a very low ceiling. I am just shy of 6’ and had to watch my head in several areas of the bathroom, especially in the very nice shower. The yard itself was not well maintained, with many trees and hedges/bushes that needed to be trimmed back away from the house. While this home would be sufficient for some groups, I will not be renting it again.

Lake house

Very nice lake house. Plenty of room and the online listing is accurate. Beautiful view from the front porch, we enjoyed it everyday. Check in was painless. The lake is very popular with young people and the street stayed overpacked with car using the small park close to the driveway.

Home base for day trips

We enjoyed this property and their amenities! It was a great location for us to visit Mt. Rainier, the coast, take a whale watching tour, and Seattle. Comfortable and inviting place to return to every evening. We enjoyed using the paddle boards in the evenings as well!

Edgewater was built in 1927, the addition was complete in 1982. You will notice many of the mansion in the area date back to the 1920's.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Dont want to cook or clean for Thanksgiving this year? We have a personal chef we can suggest (shes free on the 26th!) You create the menu. Table for 10. What could be easier!? How about a photographer coming to the house and finally getting the family pictures done? Just ask :)

Wine tasting party at the house, cooking class, knitting class or a relaxing massage? All brought to you of course. Let me know. I can make it happen! Maybe just a romantic stay? I can help arrange that too.
