Great Location in Scottsdale

We very much enjoyed our stay in Marie’s condo. It was spacious, the beds and the furniture were comfortable, and you can’t beat the location for proximity to Old Town Scottsdale! We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Nice Place!

My brother and I were in town house hunting. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the condo, but it made a great place to stay between touring homes. Very responsive owner (thanks Marie!) Attractive price too. Would stay again.

We found the property very clean, and suited our needs quite well. The location was convenient to what we were going to do. This was not our first trip to the area so we were somewhat familiar which made the property a good fit for us.

Spacious Condo close to Fashion Square and Old Town.

While our overall experience was good, our arrival was not auspicious. Upon opening the Condo’s screen door the door knob to the front door fell to the ground. We were still able to enter, but soon found the toilet in master bathroom was not flushing. I used a plunger with no success. I contacted Marie and she promptly responded. After acknowledging that we could survive overnight with one working toilet, Marie repaired both items the next morning. We were happy with how Marie handled these issues and it did not adversely affect our stay in Arizona. We enjoyed our stay in the Condo, which was spacious, clean, had great covered parking and was nicely located to all we sought to do.

Nice place. Pluses and minuses…

Marie was a responsive host. Several issues arose and she responded promptly. Pluses: -The property is in a great location, as advertised, and close to everything. -The memory-foam mattress was very comfortable. -Great shower. -The heated pool (one of the two pools is heated) was great. -The laundry facilities are close and inexpensive ($1 per cycle) -The parking space is covered and right by the steps to the front door. Minuses: -The unit is very close to the street and the traffic noise can be a problem if you’re not used to it. (Got woken up a bunch of times.). Also, the master bedroom is right by the gate to the common area and it makes a lot of noise when opened/closed. Caught off-guard by the number of late arrivals. -Kitchen utensils were lacking and quite old. (Had to buy a potato peeler.) The coffee maker wouldn’t make a full cup and needed to be descaled. The kitchen curtain kept falling down…some simple fixes. -Trying to figure out the TV was a challenge. In the end there was no ESPN or other common stations (e.g. TBS) -The rugs could really use some cleaning. -The fan in the guest bath needs fixing. Super loud.

Thank you for the review. I had no idea about the issues as no one has ever mentioned any of that to me or in their reviews. They will be addressed in time for the next guests. As for the traffic noise, I have lived in the unit and the only time it seemed to be a problem is when the windows were open, otherwise, the brick building keeps it quiet. it is a very quiet neighborhood. As for the gate, apparently someone took off the thing that was keeping it quiet, so I will be sure that is also fixed. With use, utensils to get aged and I guess it’s time for an update on some of them, which will be taken care of. There are step-by-step instructions for how to use the TVs and it is pretty easy to use. No one has ever complained about it.

Fully equipped condo in a great location

I felt very much at home in this clean and nicely decorated condo. Marie has provided everything for a guest's comfort. She is a thoughtful and accommodating host. I would stay there again if I visited Scottsdale.

This condo was perfect. Plenty of room. Lots of great walking . Pool was great. People were really friendly. Marie was outstanding. Any questions were answered right away. Would stay here again!!!
