Guest have access to the entire home and backyard. This a duplex style home with private front and back entrance.
Other things to note
The bungalows are shot gun style cottages with separated rooms, kitchens, and out door space. Two bungalows in each building. Street parking is available and in abundance.
Hip and trendy area, but also dated and many houses are still rehabbing. If you walk down the street you may see 6 newly developed homes and one vacant dilapidated home. This area has been Birmingham's center for revitalization.
This home is equipped with two window unit Air Conditioners which create ample cool air in the Bungalow.
