Cozy crib with smart TVs

This is a 3 br 2 ba condo with its own private entrance and plenty of parking on the street in front of the home. We also have 2 smart TVs. You can enjoy free Netflix while you are staying here also. Even though this place is located in a rough neighborhood it is considered the best value stay , not to mention it’s located 15 minutes from the strip and Fremont . (Kindly note, there is a slim possibility of shared occupancy for the property. Although the likelihood is low, if the dates are in high demand, there may be a chance of shared accommodation with another guest. )If you have any questions I am here 24/7 to answer them!

Felt right at home!

Generally localized in a decent neighborhood somewhere sort of like where I’m from overly satisfied with the stay i would rent again no problem plus it’s close to my family in the north side

Host would communicate with us or VRBO support. We were stranded.

We booked this property through VRBO months in advance. No check in information was provided. We tried emailing the host multiple times prior to the arranged check-in date including before and the day of. There was no response. We tried to call the host as did VRBO support and still the host would not respond. VRBO did provide us a refund for the stay. Unfortunately day of reservations at any of the available hotels in Las Vegas were much more expensive given the multipe concerts in town that weekend. We ended up paying double what we had planned on with the initial rental (for a run down hotel). I certainly would not trust this host and given the reviews on the area the property is in, I would never try to rent here again. We may have actually avoided a horrible stay in that neighborhood....but it was still a very frustrating situation.

We didn't stay. To scary of a neighborhood. There were homeless people living out of their cars in the parking lot. Pretty sure we saw a drug deal while waiting to check in. Abandoned mattresses and couches in several places. The place is so run down it was hard to tell, but I think it was clean... Tried to get our money back from them, they said VRBO would have to okay it, VRBO called them and they said they wouldn't give us any money back. I thought VRBO screened the places that they list. Don't think I'll book with VRBO ever again. What a nightmare!!!

Property Owner cancelled last minute

The property owner cancelled the reservation at 1 Am the day of with no explanation. My group really got hung out to dry, and we had to scramble at 2 Am to find alternate accommodations, not to mention that the cancelation tied up almost 300 dollars in money transfer purgatory since it happened on the weekend.

House issues = unhappy stay

The toilet was plugged in the master room and the shower was clogged in the front bathroom, which pretty much made it a struggle and inconvenient with 10 people in the house. My family and I stayed there an extra day and was charged over 2x the original amount for one night because it was “the weekend.” I feel we could’ve gotten some type of refund as I never received any response regarding both bathrooms. Owner also should state that her Krueger coffee maker does not work and the Living Room TV has a red line going down the tv. She acknowledged the tv when I texted her. She was okay with responding back in a timely manner. The neighborhood was a pretty sketchy area. The beds made most of our backs hurt because it sinks in and makes a lot of noise when moving around on them. I do know it was my mistake in choosing this place as I did not check the area before I booked and paid for this place.

Not the best place.

The area is not the best. Very dirty outside. The front door gate does not lock, it is damaged. The front door electronic lock not working. The shower tub clogs does not drain. The electrical outlets in bathrooms do not work. The shower sprays from the connection point. The linens were dirty and stained. A/C unit really loud. Top A/C cover was falling from ceiling. Washer missing knobs. Cabinets falling apart. Broken stove. Light bulbs out. Smoke detectors missing and/or not connected. TV had a red line across the screen. Ironing board had no pad cover. Only 1/4 of a toilet tissue roll in the entire house for 5 people for 6 days. The back yard patio area was full of trash with a stray dog. If I could upload pictures I would. Only stayed one night because we checked in late. The place was unsafe and unsanitary for my family. We checked out the next morning and requested a refund.

The inside of the property is very cute! We had a little issue with our toilet but our host made sure to call out a plumber. Thank you for being so easy to contact about questions we had during our stay !

Host CANCELED Day before to re-list

Do NOT stay here! Host canceled on me the day before my work trip. I booked this place six months in advance, and she canceled on me with less than 24 hours notice, no communication, and then relisted it at a higher rate. I’m guessing she figured out there was a convention in town. I ended up having to pay more than double for a last-minute booking. Unless you want to risk that this host is going to cancel on you last minute, definitely look elsewhere.

Good option for a weekend getaway

The house had more than enough space for our group. There was an issue with one of the doors but the owner went to fix it right away. They could do a better job with the cleaning. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

Comfort on the outskirts

This condo has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and dining room table were utilized a lot and the laundry was awesome to have with having a toddler. I was worried about the traffic noise but it wasn’t bad at all. Quiet and quaint and a short drive to Fremont or the strip.

Best Rental Ever

House is clean, very cozy and located 15 minutes away from the strip. The property manager is awesome gave us some extra perks and great at communicating.

Rough neighborhood

House was decent, clean not very comfortable. Security door screen was cut as if there was an attempt to break in, should have been fixed prior to our arrival, made for a worrisome stay. Had booked for 2 nights but only stayed one. Only one fork, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Neighborhood is rough, trash all along street and in front parking area, not very safe and secure. Next to freeway so lots of loud noises during night as windows are thin. Not a family friendly place to stay. Cheap, you get what you pay for.

Family friendly

It is a comfortable place a bit farther from the strip, so if you are going to Las Vegas for other reasons this is a great place. The house has a massage chair which is really nice for all ages, and it seemed like the house was going through some renovations so in the future it might be super nice. I would recommend this place.

Disappointed

The owners were very responsive and nice but there were a lot of issues with the place. The house was dirty when we got there. there was broken glass everywhere, the floor was dirty and the walls were visibly dirtlly. It should be clean before anyone arrives regardless of the situation. The house needs more linens if it's supposed to sleep 10 since we didn't have enough for everyone. The VRBO listing should be updated to reflect the current state of the place including amenities because we were under the impression there was a regular coffee maker, a tv in each room, and different couches. Most of the beds squeak so that is something to take into account

We left the same day due to unclean and some onetrid to break into our car, field a complaint asked for our money back owner never responded It was awful will never use VRBO again or tel anyone to Terrible service
