Last minute stay for family

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! There was enough to do in walking distance to entertain my teen and but the location was quiet enough I felt safe letting my 8yr old run around on the beach. Walk to the beach was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend

Worst Vacation Experience I’ve ever had

Checked in early on a Thursday with 2 small kids in tow by myself. I unloaded everything and got my 2 year old ready for his nap when construction began right outside our room. It was so loud that you could not sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view we paid for. I immediately called Grand Strand around 230pm asking for a partial refund and they said they would call me back. During this time, I had to get groceries for the kids so after unpacking, we bought groceries and unpacked those as well. Several hours later, they called back and offered for us to switch rooms. At this point, I have 2 small kids at the beach and visiting with family I haven’t seen in years when they finally call back with the offer to switch rooms. I explained my situation and I would call them back and let them know my decision. Tried to call back around 645 and they were closed. Friday was the worst day. Construction began directly on our room. They knocked down pictures, they cracked the drywall and baseboards with how hard they were banging. I called back and they said it was too late to move and no partial refund could be given. My 2 year old couldn’t stay in the room without getting upset because it was just too loud and scary. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Not apologetic and feels that the offer to move rooms late Thursday was more than gracious. I disagree and would never recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed after the money we spent to be treated so poorly.

Melissa, in the conversations had throughout your stay by our staff, you were not interested in a move to a upgraded unit at no cost to you as you were not happy with the construction, which you declined at first. The only contact we received was after our office had closed and a reservation move was not possible. We pride ourselves in our customer service and I wish you luck in your future stays.

Perfect for families or groups looking to relax and explore North Myrtle Beach.
We exclusively rent to families and adults aged 25 and older. Any violation of this policy will result in the denial of occupancy, and the full rental amount will be forfeited. Please note: Motorcycles, Boats, Trailers, ATV's, and Recreational Vehicles are not permitted.
