There is a large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. This house is very spacious, perfect for entertaining guests. It features 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 king sized beds, 1 queen sized bed, 1 twin sized bed, and 2 oversized sofas. There is a five burner grill and convenient outdoor shower. This house also has three reserved parking spots, four beach badges, six beach chairs, and 1 beach umbrella will be provided for your use for the duration of your stay. Clean and spacious beach house

We had a wonderful stay! The house is bigger and more spacious than we expected! Excellent communication! Loved the beach buggy and chairs! Would highly recommend staying here for a trip to Point Pleasant Beach!

We had a great time in Point Pleasant. House was conveniently located. Short walk to beach and to town. Parking for 3 cars. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Spacious house

We had a great time. Plenty of room for our family and our dogs. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk and a nice neighborhood for bike rides and walks. Love the outside shower too

Amazing stay

Great hosts! Responded very quickly, and were very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The house is located a short walk to the beach/boardwalk and has a huge backyard with seating. The bedrooms were spacious & wifi was fast. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Location was great 3 blocks from the beach. Beds were soft and comfy but really creaky. House was very clean. However there is a train a block away that you could hear in the house. Host was quick to respond. Would recommend staying here!

Hosts were very responsive when any sort of issue came up. House is in a good location. Plenty to do. Upstairs neighbors were almost never noticed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Spacious and comfortable

This home is spacious, comfy, clean, accommodating and in a great location. It is fully stocked with all the creature comforts. The beds were very comfortable. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely return again in the future. Very easy communication with the owner.with the owner. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation.

Awesome stay!

I have nothing bad to say about this property. The location is close to the beach. Upon arrival the place was very fresh and clean. The rooms are comfy with ample space. The host Frank was awesome. There was never a lag in communication and there were no issues at all with checking in. My sister really enjoyed her birthday and I will be back!

Overall it was a good stay. The best part of the house was the location. Quick walk to the beach and Jenkinson Boardwalk. The house was updated but odd layout. No bedroom has a closet. The floors were new but uneven. The water pressure was very low. Some upgraded amenities would have made the stay even better.

Short vacay to Jersey Shore

We were looking for someplace with minimal steps for my mother-in-law. The bedrooms were spacious with lots of pillows and the kitchen was well stocked. Our adult children could walk to the beach and boardwalk. This house checked all of our requirements plus some! The only negative was the upstairs neighbors. We were expecting normal apartment noise but they woke us several times during the night and early morning hours. Even with that, we would definitely rent the property again!

Lots to be thankful for

The owner was super accommodating! We arrived early and got to check in early! The place is an easy walk to the beach which was a plus! Providing beach badges and beach chairs etc was nice but 2 of the chairs and the umbrella were damaged. We appreciated the on site parking! The house is super clean and the kitchen well equipped. You have to provide your own towels and bedding. For us this could have been a hardship since we had limited packing space coming from Texas but we found a rental service that delivered and picked up. Down sides- you have to run the water VERY long before it is warm and the shower water pressure is low. The Keurig is on its last legs ☹️ We would definitely recommend this rental!!!

A lovely seaside get away

We brought our 2 children and 2 dogs here for a week and loved that the house was comfortable walking distance to the boardwalk and downtown but far enough away that crowds were not a problem. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the owner was responsive when a few wrinkles did arise. A nice addition would be seating options in the enclosed porch or in front if the apartment, as the back patio area functions more as a parking lot with other tenants coming and going than an afternoon/evening gathering space. A good idea to pack a few comfortable collapsible camping chairs.. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time and the space would highly recommend.

Great PP family visit

This property is perfect for a family who wants to enjoy the PP boardwalk. It's about a half mile walk. THERE ARE PILLOWS. Don't bring yours. Outdoor shower is great and just opposite the instant-on water heater inside the wall. There is a grill that works well. The house is clean and functional, and blocks away from NJT, an amazing Italian deli, S&S, a liqueur store, good coffee shops, bars and bagel places. Really a slam dunk for the PP experience, and the landlord is very helpful. You can't go wrong here.

Fantastic getaway!

My family had an excellent time! Listing is as described, great location to the beach and boardwalk, but not noisy. Layout was good, with plenty of room for us and our extended family, though we found one of the bathrooms to be a tight fit (and we are not big folks)! Owner was very responsive to an issue we had at check-in and quickly addressed it! We would look forward to staying here again in the future!
