An absolutely delightful stay at James’ home. The house is charming, clean, comfortable and decorated in high-end finishes. Beds were great and kitchen was well-stocked with dishware and cookware. Pretty backyard patio was wonderful for morning coffees and evening dinner. Its location is a half block to the boardwalk and beaches. James was very quick to reply to an inquiry. Loved our stay.

Great vacation!

The property was clean and perfectly located one block from the boardwalk. We hit a snag when checking in, but James was extremely responsive and remedied our issue right away. We had a great time and would definitely stay at James’s home again in the future.

Charming vacation home with amazing location

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! Location cannot be beat. It’s a block from the beach and an easy walk to town where all the shops and restaurants are. Love the decor in the living room and the bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable! Backyard is huge but it’s shared with the house next door. James has been super responsive before, during and after our stay!

Beautiful Home and Great Location!

The home was perfect for us. We arrived and it was meticulously cleaned and smelled nice. The home was beautifully renovated and designed with great taste. The location is perfect for easy and quick access to the main area of the boardwalk. Host was very nice and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in PPB.

Week with extended family

We had a great time in this house and would definitely recommend. It was great for all ages. Having an almost 2 year old, the baby gate and beach and backyard toys were a huge bonus. The older kids loved all the board games and of course the proximity to the beach and boardwalk.

I am the person who coordinates the booking so I can't speak to the actual property and staying there, as my colleagues stayed there. But they really enjoyed their time there and said the place was really nice. I had great communication with the owner and he was so pleasant about extending on multiple occasions.

You'll be happy you did.

James is an excellent host. Communication was so fast and simple and extremely helpful. The house is just as advertised and proximity to beach and boardwalk is the best. Modern amenities, clean, good quality towels and bedding. We were here for two months and felt so at home. Highly recommend!

This home was lovely. Very close to the beach, amazing kitchen with lots of basics. Bedrooms were all great. Very comfortable beds. Garage doesn’t seem like it could fit a car but the driveway fits 2-3 cars. Able to snag street parking right outside as the week goes on. Close to neighbors house with no fence but luckily not an issue. Would start again

Wonderful Jersey Shore Home

We were so pleased with our stay at this house. The host James, is an absolute delight. He's friendly and communicative through and through. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a very clean and friendly atmosphere. The house is situated steps away from the heart of Point Pleasant Beach and boardwalk. We love all the little things the house provided us such as extra towels, toys, beach chairs, kitchen utensils and spices, and a powerful washer and dryer. Overall, 10/10. Highly recommend booking your stay here!

Simply Perfect!

The house was super clean, adorably decorated and the layout was inviting and family friendly. A large backyard to enjoy the fire pit and the cute little bunny that appeared each day. This was our first trip to the Jersey Shore, by far this area was best around. We were comfortable letting our 2 daughters walk to Jenkinson’s boardwalk by themselves, it is only about a football fields length away. We sat on the front steps and watched the Thursday night fireworks! The area was super clean and tidy and the downtown Pt Pleasant area had lots of great shops to explore! Great location, great communication, great stay!!!

A lovely pre-Christmas getaway

We booked this property to be with family around Christmastime, and while I can't comment on proximity to the beach etc since we stayed inside the whole weekend, I can say that the home is lovely, clean and well kept, and James is a wonderful host. The property is especially good for those with kids; there is a crib on-property, as well as a room with bunk beds, and there is even a little slide and toddler roller coaster in the yard for them to play with. Additionally, this house comes with linens (sheets and towels) which was such a pleasant surprise as that is not a given in rentals in the area and made coordination so much easier. Would recommend the property to anyone looking for a stylish, up-to-date and comfortable home for a family!

Stunning Home in Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this “French country chic meets beach casual meets thoroughly modern” home. Check-in was a breeze and everything was pristine and in working order when we arrived. The owner was friendly and easily accessible. The house was equipped with everything you could want in a high end rental - comfortable furniture, (including beds), high quality linens, a modern and well-stocked kitchen, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, etc. There’s a lovely lounging and dining patio in the backyard as well as a large grassy area with a fire pit. Its proximity to the boardwalk and beach was a huge draw for us. Restaurants and the town center were all close by as well. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

A beautiful home near a fun beach spot

We enjoyed the house and its location very much! The wide beach is about two blocks away, as is the lively boardwalk. We had fun getting drinks "on the beach" at one of the restaurants and enjoyed the frozen custard. The house is spacious and lovely. We appreciated the adjustable desk in one of the rooms and the large backyard. We had two families with adult and teen kids and had plenty of room for us all to relax. The decorating is especially nice and beachy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home close to beach

Beautiful new modern home half a block to Jenkinson’s boardwalk on Point Pleasant and less than a 5 minute drive to center of town and lot’s of restaurants. Felt like we were staying at a high end boutique hotel. Backyard was large and well appointed with a firepit and deck with dining table and lounge chairs. Host was friendly and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent family home

The owner is very attentive and friendly. The property is beautiful and so convenient to the beach and boardwalk. The open downstairs is very spacious and conducive to family time.
