Our beach house is literally steps to beach and boardwalk with no streets to cross! No need to move your car once you park on the provided on-site parking! This lovely 3 bedroom house with open floor plan, kitchen, dining area living room and all upgraded kitchen and bath, leather sofas, four flat screen TV's, new stainless steel appliances also has a paver patio complete with a Weber gas grill, patio set and umbrella. Included are 4 beach badges.
The famous Jenkinson's Boardwalk and the legendary Tiki Bar are a short stroll down the boardwalk. On the boardwalk you'll find delicious food, Jenk's Aquarium, games, rides, miniature golf and entertainment. If you walk in the opposite direction, you'll find Jenk's Inlet with food bar, and across the street is the inlet with daily fishing charter boats and restaurants selling their fresh catch of the day for lunch and dinner. All this is within short walking distances. So, pack up and come stay with us at the "Point"!

The house is in a great location. Bedrooms are a bit small but worked very well for an extended weekend.

We had an absolutely amazing family vacation. The house was perfect for our family of five. It's cozy and clean and nicely updated. And you just can't beat the location. Just steps from the boardwalk and beach. The on-site parking makes it much easier than a lot of other homes in the area.So much of our experience was enhanced by little amenities that the host, Andrew, provided - beach passes, beach chairs, board games, and more Andrew and his wife even gave us a walkthrough of the home when we arrived. The house is also conveniently located just a block or so from a pizza joint, and it's right next to a fun breakfast place. It's within walking distance of some great restaurants near the inlet, so you have a nice balance between the Jenkinson's Boardwalk activities and the more laid back atmosphere near the inlet. Again, I can't say enough about the house and the host. I am grateful to Andrew for welcoming us into his beach house so that our family could spend quality time together. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a quiet getaway to the beach

Great Experience

We had a great experience staying at this property. We have rented for years and we are always looking for certain amenities. Kitchen was well equipped, clean grill, outdoor sitting area, close to the beach. Enjoy!

Shore house

If you want to be close to everything, including the boardwalk, Jenkinson's, the beach and all of the other attractions like seafood restaurants, everything is within walking distance. The unit is located where there are several blocks where the houses are all built next to each other with a shared sidewalk right to the beach/boardwalk. This property is clean and convenient and perfect for a week long family vacation. There is one on-site parking space suitable for a small to mid-size car, but the area must be kept clear for neighbors to pull in and out. Depending on the day/time the area can be very busy, but parking passes allow you to park a few blocks away, within a short walk. You will have neighbors very close on all sides, but this is part of the setting and if you are constantly on the move to the many local attractions the time will fly by.

Perfect beach house!

This property was perfect for our family of 3. The location was perfect, house was spotless and had everything you need, and the hosts were very nice! I highly recommend this property for a beach getaway!

Great Stay at Point Pleasant

Excellent property, courteous and friendly owner. Excellent place for younger children. Admittedly if you have teens invite their friends. Great places to Eat and reasonable as well
