Superbe BRAND NEW duplex 5 BR Ortley Beach - bloc de l'océan

Profitez de la côte du New Jersey dans notre toute nouvelle maison à Ortley Beach! Récemment achevée en juin 2019, notre maison est située sur un bloc de plage et est idéale pour les grandes familles avec enfants!

Il y a 5 chambres, 4 avec des lits Queen et la 5ème avec 2 lits jumeaux sur des lits superposés. 3 des chambres, y compris la chambre principale avec balcon privé sont au 2ème étage. Une chambre en mezzanine avec balcon et la chambre avec lits superposés se trouvent au 3ème étage.

Les tables à manger intérieure et extérieure conviennent à 10! Garage 2 voitures + entrée, 10 passes de plage, chaises de plage, parasol, chariot de plage!

Our family had an amazing week at Marc's house. Location is beach block and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Tons of beach chairs/umbrellas/games so you can pack light. So much to do within walking distance we only got in the car a few times during the week. We would definitely be up for coming back in the future.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful house with great amenities and plenty of space. We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The owner, Marc, was very responsive and went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay, which we did! Highly recommend!

Amazing beach house getaway

This house had absolutely everything we could have asked for! The owner was very easy to communicate with and made everything super easy and clear before and during our stay. Check in was really easy. Marc was helpful and was easy to communicate with. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We had 11 people stay and it didn’t feel overcrowded. Everything we needed for the beach was also available to use at the house - which made the stay sooo much easier. Great location! The beach was a block away and there were multiple places to grab food within a few blocks. Five kids 8-13 years of age had no problem with the walk to the boardwalk. I would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful house, perfect location

We were Two families with young kids- house had the perfect amount of space that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. House had everything we needed (beach chairs, wagons, ping pong table!) so less to pack. Location was perfect- close to boardwalk and mini golf/arcade.

Perfect girls weekend!

Had an amazing girls’ weekend in Ortley thanks to Marc! The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly as advertised. Plenty of bedrooms, space for hanging out, and room for food/ drinks! We loved hanging out on the back deck which had a great view. Marc was great to work with- super responsive and accommodating with anything we needed. Anytime I had a question, he got back to me right away. We will definitely be back!

Cozy Home in Ortley Beach

This house was absolutely perfect for our annual family beach getaway. The house is fully stocked with kitchen items, a great outdoor grill, beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, bikes and wagons ! This modern hidden gem is super close to the beach, just a block away. The communication with the host was excellent before, during and after our stay. Everything was so well organized with our stay! We are definitely going to be staying here again! Would highly recommend for families with young kids.

Cozy house

The owner, Marc, was very nice and easy to contact for questions. House is cute and clean, and they provided all the essentials to make for a smooth trip. They were also flexible with check in and check out times so there was no pressure to get everyone packed and out by 11am. I would definitely recommend!

Marc our host was amazing!! Great communication! Absolutely gorgeous property inside and out, well kept home with every amenity needed for a beach vacation. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and sofas! Quiet, clean I could go on and on!!!

Perfect Multi Family Vacation Rental

Spent two weeks at this property. We were 3 couples w teenagers/young adults. Plenty of space and very clean. Zero complaints. Walk to the beach, restaurants, arcade, ice cream shop, bakery and deli. Host was extremely pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend.

House was open and spacious. It had all the items we needed, fully stocked kitchen so we could cook as we wanted, washer and dryer, plenty of room for our family. glad it had beach chairs etc since we are from out of state and could not bring everything. Everything was clean when we arrived and getting in to the house was easy. TV's all worked. The decor was updated and very pleasant.

The house is incredibly clean and spacious with well thought-out layout. A proper outdoor shower, multiple dining areas and the 3rd floor bunk-bed room for kids to name a few. I appreciated that the house was so well stocked with all the needs - from beach carts/chairs/toys to well-stocked kitchen necessities in the quality you’d expect at your own home. It was clear that the owner thought of everything the renters may need! The owner Marc was incredibly considerate throughout our stay. Our favorite house in Jersey Shore by far!

Just As Described

This property was as lovely and updated as pictured and described. Clean, inviting, spacious, cheerful and fully stocked with day to day toiletries and kitchen/cooking/serving needs. Owner was available, helpful and communicated well. Close to Ortley boardwalk with easy access to the beach. Although our visit was off-season, the front deck offered relaxing space to sit in the sun. Nice sized back deck and seating as well.

Lovely weekend

The property is very well maintained and has easy beach access. The owner was very easy to work with and helpful. The property also includes a lot of beach chairs and other items that made it super easy to enjoy our beach day. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house and location for family get-together at Thanksgiving

We loved this property and would definitely come back. Marc went above and beyond to communicate with us and to make sure our experience was perfect. The entire first floor is a large long space (living room, dining area, kitchen with island). It's exactly what we needed for a family get-together where some family stayed at the house and others live nearby. The chairs are comfortable and numerous, including at the kitchen island. The dining table is large. The living room and BR's are also very comfortable. Little things like extra paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry detergent made the stay so easy and pleasant! The beach is a two-minute walk and the boardwalk is only a few minutes south of the house. Wonderful!
