What a beautiful home on the boardwalk! If you want to wake up to a view every morning this is the place! This house has everything you need for your stay as well. It is winter so we didn’t need anything for the beach but if we did it was all provided! The home was so clean and spacious! Noelle and Bill were very responsive. There is nothing but great things to say! What a great stay! Christmas Vacay 2025 was a great success because of this perfect home!

Our family enjoyed a pre-season long weekend at Noelle and Bill's lovely home. It is a great location right on the Boardwalk with lovely ocean views and outdoor spaces.

Great home away from home!

We decided to extend our Disney trip by a few days and Phillip was beyond accommodating in working with us. From the moment we entered we all felt like it was our home, from the cleanliness to the decor and, of course, the pool. Highly recommend staying here and perfect for a larger family or groups.

Perfect!!! Everyone loved it!

The place was better than expected, absolutely amazing views!! So much to do even in the rain we kept busy! The kids were so excited to see the dolphins in the ocean from the living room. Noelle and Bill are the perfect hosts! We cant wait to book again soon.

The property was just as advertised. My family had the perfect week and there was even an engagement on the beach. The house had a beautiful view. It was clean and in excellent shape. We had the best stay in Point Pleasant. The house was in a perfect location. Amazing views and beach access! We had a few minor imperfections with the house at first, but Noelle and Bill were amazing hosts. They were super responsive and took care of everything right away! We’d love to go back!

Beach Week

Great location! Noelle & Bill were very responsive to our questions. Fireworks on the beach were a nice surprise Thursday night. We had 8 people, and flew in for the trip. We rented a Suburban, so parking was a bit of an issue. Overall a very nice week!

We both work demanding jobs in technology and consulting, and after the COVID chaos and loss of two dear family members, we decided life needs to slow down and we need to focus on our family and relax a bit more. We searched forever for the perfect oceanfront home to do just that. We love the water, and waking up in the master bedroom with a 180 degree of the ocean just feels like heaven. We hope you love it here as much as we do! Welcome to our home!

Although this is a new VRBO listing, we have traveled all over the world for business and pleasure and understand what a luxury property should look and feel like. We love this home for the obvious reasons: being able to step onto the beach right from the front of the home, walking to Jenk's with our kids to play boardwalk games or go on rides, front row seats to spectacular fireworks on the beach every Thursday during the summer, live music at Jenk's and Martell's, and the abundance of restaurants within walking distance...oh, and did we mention that SPECTACULAR view from the master bedroom?
We hope you enjoy the little touches we have thought of throughout the house and appreciate text messages throughout your stay to provide feedback so that we can make it even better.
