Discover the perfect Point Pleasant Beach location with this newly renovated 4-bedroom/2-bath house. With its modern upgrades and spacious layout, this home offers the perfect combination of comfort and style. You won't want to miss out on this weekly rental opportunity. It is conveniently located near the shops and restaurants on Arnold Avenue, NJ Transit, a playground with basketball and tennis courts (one block west), and the beach. The house is only 3 blocks away from the beach, boardwalk, Jenkinson's Amusement Park, and the aquarium. It has four bedrooms & two bathrooms, a brand new kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, a granite countertop, and an island that seats four people. Its open floor plan creates a more comfortable environment when staying with family or friends. You can also enjoy the back deck directly off the kitchen to dine alfresco or watching the weekly fireworks display at Jenkinson's. There is one bedroom and one bathroom on the first floor, and three bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. The ground level is dedicated to the garage and storage space.
This property is pet-friendly. However, please provide the breed and size of your pets before making a booking.. NO SMOKING or VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE. (4) Beach badges and (4) beach chairs provided. Off-street parking available for one car. (2) overnight street parking passes.
Bring your own sheets (2 queen, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed); and towels. Sleeps 6. Check-in 4:00PM / Check-out 10am.

Connie’s house is very clean and she is super responsive to any and all inquiries. This house is close enough to the beach, but far enough away from the crowds too.

Family vacation

We had a nice stay during our vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, spacious, and in a great location. It had toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, cleaning supplies and other things that I was happy not to have to buy/bring. We would stay again at this property

Super Nice brand new house 4 blocks from the beach Great location close to everything We had bad weather due to Hurricane Erin, but the house is great to just hangout in and there are so many activities within less than 1/2 hour driving ( petting farms, mall, museum) My family takes a beach vacation every August and this house wil be on top of our list for next summer

Perfect shore house.

My friends/family and I have been renting shore houses for 15+ years, by far this was my favorite shore house of all time. House was beautifully renovated &incredibly clean. Everything was brand new, layout and location in point pleasant was exceptional 3 blocks from beach and Jenkinson’s boardwalk. Connie was great, and very responsive. check in/out was made very simple. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay at this home again.
