Compass Cove 859 At Big Fish Rentals

This stylish one-bedroom condo on the eighth floor has amazing views of the ocean from the private balcony! This condo has two queen beds and one full bed, flat-screen TVs, and a private balcony with a direct view of the ocean. This eighth-floor condo sleeps up to six with a full bed in the living area and two queen beds in one bedroom. The bedroom includes two queen beds and a 32" flat-screen TV; the bathroom has a tub/shower combo; and the main living area has a 65" flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Slide open the glass doors to your private balcony and relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean.


There are many of amenities at this resort by the beach. Among the amenities are pools with views of the ocean, a sizable pool deck with gathering spots, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, and a lazy river ride. Kid-friendly interactive splash and play area. And the best of all, free wifi!

Perfectly located next to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and just a short drive from the beach. A short drive gets you to Market Common, the IMAX Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, and Broadway at the Beach. A quick drive will take you to many of the popular eateries, shops, golf courses, and tourist destinations in the area.

Great stay at MB

Great stay at Myrtle beach! Patio over looks the beach directly. Room was clean, linens were clean. Property had tons of water amenities for the kids, open til 11pm.

Family vacation

Ok place it needs some TLC , sliding door to balcony is hard to open and shut. The old Murphy bed could use some attention. Called for maintenance to fix the door but nouthing happen. I would not stay there again

Not a brand new unit

The room needed alot of updates. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. The A/C was broke and bathroom sink leaked. Told host but never fixed.

Best Myrtle Beach trip

Arrival was very easy. You will get emails that contain all of the information you need. Simply go up to the room and use the code to log in. It was super simple. We had everything waiting on us in our room. We had a time when we had to ask for an additional band to the pools due to only 4 waiting on us when we got in the room. They responded so fast and we’re very friendly. We enjoyed everything about this condo. Compass Cove has really great entertainment options. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise and set. We DEFINITELY plan on coming back!!!!! Best trip ever!!!!

Could be good!

Sliding glass door to the balcony was broken so we couldn’t use it. No since I’m paying for oven front when it couldn’t be used. Electrical outlets didn’t work in the bathroom, kitchen light was out, toaster didn’t work, bed is on a metal bed frame and is so noisy all night, room is by the elevator and loud, 1/2 a room of toilet paper for a 3 day stay. I didn’t get a response from the property management team about the issues. Over all not worth the price we paid. Property is nice and the place could be nice if issues were fixed. No happy

We arrived at compass cove room 859 Oct 7th-9th and got an extra day because we enjoyed a lot!

It was a great experience myself and my girlfriend and our 2 small miniature dachshunds wanted an escape to the ocean and this place provided a very clean and family suitable condo for our vacation! It was perfect we really enjoyed it from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the room was amazing we really loved the color scheme the balcony and the view from it! We will definitely want to come back here again thank you to the host for putting together such a great place and making it a really good relaxing experience for us! See you again next time!

Fantastic

We absolutely love compass cove there is plenty to do for all ages. Is easy access to the ocean. Several nice pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers and a fantastic kid area. We will definitely be going back.

Fairly disappointing

Ultimately this stay was a let down. I grew up staying at Compass Cove many weekends with my family and I wanted relive the nostalgia and share similar memories with my partner. First, the post was not detailed enough. Compass Cove has 3 buildings (all very different in experience) and the location is not mentioned in the listing - we also were literally right off the elevator. Second, the finishings and condition of the room were horrible. The sliding glass door was so hard to both open and close. The sink drain well, wouldn’t drain and the mechanism was broken. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the curtains to the window to the hallway were kept shut enough for privacy using mini hair clips
We opted to sleep in the full bed in the corner of the living room. The couch in the living room was equally as uncomfortable, very clearly an $89 futon from Walmart. This last point is petty I realize but for a beach condo, the decor is very out of place. Red and black felt very off. Overall we were really disappointed.

Beware

excessive noise , people slamming and banging on doors and screaming in the hallways and loud music. Charged additional $100 early check in for "cleaning fees", if the place was ready, there were no early "cleaning" needed. There was 1/4 roll toilet paper and no backup, 2 papertowels on the roll, all of the instructions on cleaning dishes, there was no sponge. My husband cut his hand on 2 sharp screws sticking up in the cabinet,there was mold under the sink and stains on the ceiling, large gashes in the wall, and after a long talk with assistant at Big fish rentals, we found out we have no access to certain things and paid 50% more than if we booked direct thru the compas cove itself. and with no service or amenities. We were going to write a review in the book and pointed out more than 60% of the pages were torn out! .

Beautiful views of the nearby oceanfront may be seen from this one-bedroom Compass Cove unit! Granite countertops and other renovations can be found in this immaculate apartment. Any of the three buildings at Compass Cove can be used by guests to partake in the many entertaining activities and amenities available. Among the many attractions are two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, three lazy rivers, seven hot tubs, and a sizable section dedicated to kid-friendly fun activities! Fantastic condo available in a wonderful resort!
