We had a wonderful weekend on the lake house. The view was exceptional and the house clean, warm, and cozy. All the items we needed were there. The kids loved the fruit loop and goldfish dispenser. Dave was responsive and very helpful! Book your stay this place will not disappoint.

We had a great time! House was cozy, quiet, clean and had everything we needed for our small family with two toddlers. Great view of the lake, wood burning fireplace and ample sleeping arrangements were all greatly appreciated.

Immaculately clean, impeccably decorated, well supplied kitchen. We had a great time, it was located within 20 miles of everything we wanted to do. The host was extremely responsive, always getting back to me within minutes of my email questions. I was really surprised as I usually have to wait at least 24 hours. The weather was so beautiful we did not use the fireplace, but there were detailed instructions on how to use it in their binder. And we loved the deer that came to visit right off the deck!!!

Wonderful Stay

Property was clean and cozy yet had ample space. Loved the layout. The treats and library left for guests by the owner were lovely touches. Owner was responsive to every communication and patient with questions. Would definitely recommend!

The place was quiet and had a nice view of lake. ALL beds upstairs have horrible mattresses on them. Expect a backache the whole next day! Registers on floors need repainted - very rusty. Missing lightbulbs and burned out in places. Regular coffee pot would be nice. Did enjoy our stay but did not get much sleep from discomfort of beds upstairs.

Beautiful home to rent

Property was clean. The rooms are well laid out giving everyone privacy. Convenient to food, shopping, restaurants and the lake. Just a short drive to Jim Thorpe or Tannersville.The host was very responsive. Unfortunately we were there for some rain in the beginning and then a massive heatwave. Host walked me through how to put on the air conditioning which was not needed before that. Thankfully we had the lake. We made the best of it going bowling into a winery during the middle of the day and it was hottest. You can't control mother nature.I would 100% rent from here again.

Feel right at home ski condo with view

Lovely location very quiet neighborhood beautiful lake front. So clean. Perfect for quick getaway. Very peaceful. Board games provided was a nice touch along with kcups.Only change I would make to listing: would have been nice to know third "bedroom" has no window or closet and is listed on site as "sleeping cove".

Quiet and peaceful surroundings

Our stay was a calming and peaceful one. Only downside was the postings that we could not have access to the lake from the home - couldn't walk down and throw a fishing line in. Wish we had advanced notice.

Weekend away from hustle and bustle

Needed a quiet spot to relax and enjoy nature sitting out on the back deck. Enough places close enough to grab food and not too far from sightseeing if that is your thing. You could see the lake from the back deck, although to access it you would have to go to another close by area. (As advertised.)

Slki week getaway

What a wonderful few days staying at this lovely lake house :) house was immaculately clean with wonderful amenities and beautiful serene views of lake harmony ! The owner Dave was super helpful and communicative! My kids had a blast skiing right up the road at big boulder and we’re close to many fun restaurants ! Perfect stay and will be back for sure !

Ski weekend

We had a fantastic time in our trip! The house was the perfect size for myself and the rest of the family. Large living/dining area. Bathrooms all a nice size. Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked. Beds upstairs could be a little more comfortable, but overall great place to stay! We enjoyed waking up to a view of the lake, especially after getting about 8 inches of snow! Thank you!

NYE Pocono Getaway

We had a great New Year's stay at this home. Everything that you need is there. The house was very clean and well well appointed, together with beautiful lake views and a wood burning fireplace. It was also nicely decorated for the holidays! Only draw back might be the 20 steps going down to the front door from your parked car. Otherwise an excellent property to rent. We will be back. We purchased this property as an escape during the COVID years. It is our favorite place to go and get away - for a short weekend, or a long week! Now that the kids are a bit older with busier schedules, it is time to share this gem with others.

With lots to do in any season, this is the perfect getaway location.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Lake front with great views from the back deck as well as the living room.

Half mile from Big Boulder Ski Resort (1 minute drive).

Guest access to Boulder Lake Club - a short walk from the home where there is a beach, lake swimming, swimming pool, bocce ball court, sand volleyball court, and other watersport activities (paddle boards, paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, pontoon boats, etc. which are all available for rent).

Many great hiking trails are only a short drive away! Boulder Field (a natural landmark) is a must see! Hawk Falls is another of our favorites!

Just minutes away from Poconos Speedway!

Minutes away from Jim Thorpe, PA. A beautiful small town. One of the most popular destinations in PA.

A short walk to Boulder View Tavern. Enjoy a great meal with a view of Boulder View Lake!

Many wineries, breweries, and distilleries in the area. Each of these make for a great day trip!

While sitting on the back deck of our home, watching a sunrise or enjoying the last few minutes of daylight, don't be surprised to see a family of deer walking past!
