We came for part of our fall vacation and this location was great!We highly recommend the canopy tour at Bretton woods which is siper close by as well as a visit to the Mt Washington hotel which we could walk to.The condo was very clean and very well stocked! A great location for touring the area

Excellent! Just book it

Just go ahead and book this place, as it is a wonderful property! It is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The property is beautiful, cosy, spacious, and very neat and clean. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location is fantastic. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and it was a lovely place to spend a few days with family. The only small suggestion I would make is to provide clearer instructions on where to dispose of the trash, as it took us a little while and a few Google searches to figure out where the dumpster was located. Having said that, when we reached out to the hosts, they were very helpful and kindly told us that we could leave the trash at the property and management would take care of it, which we really appreciated. A big thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay! We genuinely loved the property, its beautiful surroundings, and the peaceful atmosphere. We would absolutely love to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bretton Woods!

We (family of 4 with two kids ages 11) had a great stay at this lovely Bretton Woods townhouse. The townhouse was clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and updated appliances. Very short distance to the mountain. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean and very well maintained. It had everything we could possibly need. Close to Bretton Woods and minutes away from the Mount Washington Hotel. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

The condo was what we were looking for near the Bretton Woods ski area and very clean and new. Plenty of light in the morning.

Sisters get away

Myself and my 3 sisters planned a xcountry ski and snowshoe get away at this lovely condo. The accommodations were just as stated and pictured. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return in the future!

Wonderful , Peaceful , Comfortable

Family enjoyed every moment at this home. Perfect layout-perfect view and even sledded with our 4 year old grandson right out the back door. The proximity to the mountain made it even better. The staff was spot on , answering all our questions and offered assistance with any concern we had. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We are grateful to the staff who made this vacation great.

Clean and great place close to skiing

Overall was a great place to stay while we were skiing at Bretton Woods (you can see the top of the mountain from the parking lot which is cool!). Place was clean and had good amenities, and one of the few nice places that allows dogs - so that was a huge plus for us! Usually there is a shuttle that runs from the area to the ski lodge, but wasn't running due to labor shortages. Would recommend this place and will be coming again next ski season!

Fabulous

We have stayed at Bretton Woods many times, in many different units, across the various developments. Condo FV39 at Fairway Village tops them all. Prime location, spacious, gorgeously appointed, impeccably kept. The property managers were very communicative, from arrival to departure. It was a perfect stay in every way. We will look forward to returning to FV39 for future stays.

Beautiful fairway condo.

The condo was beautiful and immaculate. We would have appreciated the little things like more than one towel per person for 6 people for 5 days and not having to go to purchase Kleenex and toilet paper.

To ensure that septic systems in each of our vacation homes is safe-guarded from items that could do damage if flushed; we do not provide kleenex as a standard amenity. A start-up stock of toilet paper is provided for each bathroom. If you find yourself in need of more toilet paper during a future stay, we invite you to notify our staff and we will see what we can do to assist. While we do, generally, only stock the initial supply; we are happy to deliver an extra roll or two if needed. Lastly, we appreciate your feedback on the number of towels offered in each bathroom. Unfortunately, as with many things, the pandemic has made it difficult to order additional stock of linens and towels and we do our best to be sure that each bathroom is stocked with at least 1 set of towels per person until our backordered towels are shipped to arrive. Our linens and towels stretch among over 90 properties, and a majority of the units have laundry facilities which guests are welcome to utilize if they need a refresh of towels during their stay. We are also happy to see if we can deliver a few extras to guests who inquire, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need extra supplies during a future stay with us! Great choice

This was the third condo we have stayed out in Fairway Village and this will be our choice going forward. The kitchen was outstanding (induction cook top) and this had the best heating system of any of the units….. definitely a plus during ski season. Overall, great choice.

Wonderful Get Away

We just got back from a wonderful long weekend at this amazing Bretton Woods home. It was spotless upon arrival. In addition it has some great updates including three smart TVs for our viewing pleasure. The location is top notch. A very short drive to the hotel and ski area. You could walk to the hotel but it was cold so we drove. The setting is very tranquil but close to everything. As a 15 year visiter to Bretton Woods I highly recommend this place. We will be back.

Superb location

It was an incredibly well equipped and clean house in a perfect location to see the beautiful fall leaves, enjoy the cog rail, the gondolas. There is a grill and fireplace. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We were so surprised at how absolutely pleasant and well furnished it was. My 3 year old son wants to go back! This post deserves better photos of the interior and outside. We will be returning!

Beautiful townhouse

Beautiful neighborhood and townhouse. Perfect location for skiing. Well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. My grandson cried when it was time to leave. Will be back for sure.
